Every time I go the service is great and the food is great

I'm not generally a fan of Burger King. In my experience their food quality/freshness tends to be very hit and miss, and locations tend to be less well run than their competitors. One day you get a decent burger, the nest you get a heat lamp surprise and they messed up the order. For this reason, if given the choice I'll usually try for one of the other "big three."
So it's not to be taken lightly when I say that Cortland's Burger King is a notable exception to the rule. The staff is friendly, the food generally comes out hot and fresh, and service times are generally reasonable. I feel like, after going here, it's the first time I've actually gotten to judge this chain's food on its own merits without the restaurant itself tripping over its own shoe laces and getting in the way of the experience.
I'll admit that it's still not my very favorite fast food choice, but I also can't deny that this is the best Burger King gets, it's not bad, I'd get it again, and if you like BK you should be stopping at this location.

I don't often eat at burger king, but I was amazed at how clean this store was, how fresh and hot the food tasted, and how professional the employees were. Usually only chic fil a has such a pleasant dining experience.

Amanda was great taking care of me today. Got me my doordash order fast so I had to come back and order some food for me and the boys!
Came in at lunch rush and the enthusiasm and motivation this team has is amazing. I'm assuming her name is Amanda the manager but she's friendly and upbeat and a on top of her game. Good job burger King of cortland
Amanda, the manager, and all the staff were phenomenal!!! In NJ, where I live, quality workers are non-existent. I was so grateful to have found a fast-food restaurant that cares about quality, service, and the needs of their customers. TY
Food is fresh and tasty, staff is really nice, and it has a small corner for kids to draw & read. Will be back!
It is awesome to see customer service is still alive. The Older lady was Friendly, and showed us a better way to order our meals, that saved us a little bit. But it is also great to see a staff3 that cared about the job they where doing. The service was quick, and the food was good.
Great service and the food is always fresh. The burger king in cortland is the cleanest fast food restaurant in the area in my opinion. The manger Amanda in there is really nice and always caters to my requests. She's extremely friendly and energetic. This Burger King is really good on a continuous basis. On 1-7-23 I went there at 11:30am and I had a long list of food with special requests for the food and each sandwich was made perfect. Thank you
The spicy nuggets were good! I didn't enjoy the crispy chicken rodeo burger, there was too much BBQ sauce. The overall restaurant was clean.
