We went to get some bagels and cream cheese on a Saturday morning. Normal bagels are reasonably priced but 8 oz of normal cream cheese was a bit expensive. There was a line of about 5 people and we got the order in about 15 mins including wait time. Our order was quite simple though. I would suggest

Good bagels but way too chaotic, slow, and confused staff. It took over 15 minutes to get 3 toasted bagels w/schmear. Tons if employees to be that slow and the dining area was a mess - dirty tables, trash all over the floor, and yes there was an employee going around seemingly to clean but wasn't.
This place has the best bagels. Been going over there since I moved to OC and it never disappoints. You'd regret it if you don't

Amazing bagels. Fast service. Awesome atmosphere. They had inside/outside seating. There was music playing inside, but not too loud so that you could hear when your name was called to pick up your order at the counter.

Great bagel place and good prices! Only $1.10 for just a bagel! I had the CTA deluxe and couldn't have been happier! Plenty of options for both vegetarians and meat eaters!

Staff can be hit or miss, but that is also usually affected by how busy it is.
The food is great. But the wait can be long. Waited 25 minutes for just one bagel with cream cheese.
