Reservation is a must or will be setting at the bar. It's a very expensive place to eat but just a walk away from the theater. The food options is less but the salmon was the best. Yet, the chocolate mousse cake was delicious and pretty.

Amazing. Came for an early dinner before Aladdin and was blown away. Fantastic service, and the food quality and presentation were impeccable. The risotto was the best I have ever had, beating out Gordon Ramsey's lobster risotto at Hell's Kitchen. The Aladdin special dessert, the saffrom white chocolate mousse, was gorgeous and delicious. The short rib was melt in your mouth. Great experience.

Salmon starter was excellent...best we ever had. Everything tasted very good, but we left hungry. Dessert with strawberries and creme disappointing. Server was attentive and readily available. Phoned twice...no one answered; left a message but no one called back. Valet arrives around 5 (handicapped customer). Ended up parking ourselves since our reservation was at 5; not cafe's fault for valet, but was the subject of the phone call/message.

First time in this Restaurant, food is good but in the smaller size plates. I don’t eat much so it’s perfect, but for someone who has a bigger appetite will probably be hungry unless you order several appetizers, for two us, we order salad, fish, and risotto a glass of wine and dessert $196.00 with tip

We were very impressed with this place. The service was meticulous and very hospitable. We walked in without a reservation, and the hostess did everything she could to get us seated. The maitre'd made sure the busboy cleaned the chairs and the the counter before we were seated at the bar. We observed the bartender quickly inspecting every glass before pouring wine. He was also very attentive. The bar is well stocked with a good variety of scotch and other whiskies. The food is pricey, and the portions are small. However, all the ingredients are high quality, very fresh, and delicious. There are vegetarian options, but not for entrees. We'll definitely go back.

We dined here because we were attending a play at nearby (a short walk away) Segerstrom Theater. Although the menu wasn't real full, there was enough variety for us to each find a nice entree to enjoy. The food was delicious, and the service quite efficient and friendly. We will do this again whenever we attend this theater. The discount on valet parking was also a nice touch, and very convenient for us.

I stopped in for a Manhattan before I headed over to see Peter Pan. It was a quiet night, with Pan being the only performance so there were only a few others in the restaurant besides myself. I sat at the bar and chatted with the host. Both the conversation and the Manhattan were excellent. Had a glance at the menu but I ran out of time. Lovely place, but it is very expensive. You're paying for the fantastic venue in which you sit, the Segerstrom Hall itself, as well as having all of the Performing Arts Center and South Coast Rep at arm's reach.

We went here to wait for the show to start in the Segerstrom Center. It looked like a nice enough place, and we sat at the bar since we weren't hungry. The bartender was cheerful and companionable, and we had a fine time chatting about the different exotic Scotch malts on the wall, the history behind various liquors, National Parks we'd all enjoyed, traveling, and whatever came to mind. The prices were a bit high, which is only to be expected at a place so close to the theater.

Exquisite food, wonderful customer service, perfect decor and location when attending the theater. The scallops stole the show. They were the most delicious scallops I've have ever eaten

Our compliments to the chef. She prepared a wonderful stripped bass cioppino that was a perfect before the show dish. And our host provided extraordinary service. Thank you . Now our "go-to" place at Segerstrom.

The menu is inventive and the food tastes great. I have season tickets to the POPs and I would eat there every performance. A BIG PLUS, bring your own wine, there is no corkage! KB

We experienced a private dinner party at Leatherby's in the back room. The restaurant is located in the Segerstrom Concert Hall which is across the Plaza from where The Color Purple Musical was located (approx 500 feet). Leatherby's has window seating which looked very nice. Our meal of steak and Mahi with mashed sweet potatoes was delicious. Valet parking is $25 or reduced to $10 if you get your ticket validated at Leatherby's.
