Employees at this drive thru are very kind. Ordered another classic chicken tostada salad and my app didn’t work again! Ugh, the employee was nice to inform me that the app is figuring out its problems. Also, I should’ve asked for the chicken extra juicy (my friend who worked there past def said it helps)

Very good, I got the 5$ Chicken Bowl had more meat & extra meat or double meat isn't even an option on the register. Its good food, clean, short line, and they have a Drink made of Arroz Con Leche w/ cinnamon- Quite possibly the best drink ever, I'll go back just for the drink!!! Lol
Great service everyone is so attentive the moment you walk in the door. Can’t complain the food was pretty good and the avocado salsa is one of my favorite salsa’s they have .
This is the busiest El Pollo Loco restaurant I've ever been in. Shout out to the employees...they really handled a steady stream of customers professionally with the line almost going out the door at times!!! The place was sparkling clean and the salsa bar was fully stocked. This location is on a tiny footprint of a piece of property in Costa Mesa, parking is extremely limited but the healthy and tasty "fast" food makes it worth the effort.
Creamy cilantro is in tiny sauce size containers (half its normal size) cashier paused when I asked for two...then I find out its really just one because of the size.
I never understood why service acts like I am asking for creamy cilantro out of their refrigerator? Smh
Thank goodness the food was good...but just somewhat dry without my creamy cilantro.

Going into El pollo loco's restaraunt I was surprised to see it was kept very clean and employees always kept a friendly atitude, I was also able to recieve my order very quick even though it was pretty hefty.
