Service was extremely slow. My nephew even asked if we needed to get someone's attention to help us. They also give you a number to place at your table, yet offer no table service.
THE worst Jack n Box I’ve been to. Ordered a late night box large and they gave me ten pieces of fries & a small portion of popcorn chicken! I ordered half and half of the chicken and they didn’t even get that right. NEVER ordering from here again.
The drive through gal was friendly, but she crammed all my food into a tiny bag, causing it to rip when I took it and spilling curly fries all over my car. Also, the chicken fingers were burnt. This was my first time here. I will possibly give another chance.

Reliable! But I like the fact that I can actually get a Real, fresh cooked egg on any of the breakfast sándwiches. So over the air fryers at Starbucks. I mean, like who wants a frozen egg inflated by hot air for breakfast? Not me!
I go there now and then but the drive thru is bad because you can't park the way the planning was done on the exit,very dangerous leaving on to Harbor Blvd with traffic and a bus stop. But the Staff is real good 😇 never got shorted on my orders. But it needs to be remodeled!🙂
No way to contact them. They won't answer the phone. Uber driver just scammed me. All I want to know. Was my order even picked up? I suspect driver is simply asking for pin by text. Claiming to deliver and getting paid to sit at home.
