My family has eaten here countless times and are always pleased. Only issue I've ever had is with other customers being rude in some way. Line goes right by a bunch of high tops, and people get snarky if you're too close. I get it. Some drunk guy in there next to me today reeked. Store can't control
First time there with my son. I was visiting from out of state, and we don't have a jersey Mike's! My son ordered off menu. Secret #99, I believe it was. Served hot. It was to die for! Fantastic sandwich beef with cheese and a bit of a kick! So flavor paced!😋
I placed an order online for pick up for the first time. After picking up and returning home I realized I had the wrong order òr the wrong sandwich. Easy pickup with online orders. The inside tables are Usually pretty tidy. They do get busy during the lunch period so best to do the online order.

It was my first jersey mike time and the 3 workers were patient in helping me out.i got the Italian and ir was amazing The service and food was good! Thank you to the miss with the purple for helping me out on how to order there and being patient
Great sandwiches and the people were happy and took care of us. Management and the owners have done a great job getting this place up and running!
One thing I will note is the parking lot is tough, but I can’t blame the shop for that!

A little disappointed when noticed empty tables to enjoy a drink but needed to pay $50.00 per person to reserve it / deserve it.

I just love how fresh the sandwiches taste. They maybe a little bit more expensive than Subway, but the sandwiches are so good. I love Jersey Mike's, however the one and only time I went to the one in Costa Mesa there was a bit of a problem. I usually get the #8 and always sub the roast beef for the bacon. In this case, the girl who took my order told me they couldn't do that. I said if there was an additional charge for it
I visited back at the beginning of the week and ordered up my favorite sandwich, the 55 Big Kahuna Chicken Philly cheese steak. This Jersey Mike's in Costa Mesa was very nice, not a ton of seating, but the employees are very nice and helpful. My sandwich was perfect, I always go Mike's Way, the meat is always so tasty and the bread is baked to perfection. Veggies were fresh, as always.
