Stopped by today and had, I believe her name was Patricia, as our cashier, and she was amazing! I normally get nervous about asking for sauces because I like a lot but she did not make me feel bad at all and got our order perfect. I literally go out of my way to go back to places that give great customer service like this. Made me sad that the poor lady went to go to the bathroom and I went back to order a couple more items and the other employees didnt seem to want to help and seemed comfused and kept looking around for her until she finished going to the restroom and walked back in and finished taking my order. Not sure what was going on there but thank you for being patient and kind and attentive Patricia!
Fast & friendly service. Food is good. Never had a problem at this KFC location.

Food was great,staff were friendly and the facility in good repair. The only reason why I didn’t give 5 out of 5 stars was because of the excessively long line and wait time for the drive thru. This, I believe, is due in part to the fact that the restaurant now closes down at 8 pm with the drive thru closing at 9 pm. Additionally, staffing issues are hindering the efficiency of the business as well as their ability to remain open later in the evening. All things considered, this KFC is navigating the post-covid world well with what resources they have at their disposal.
The service is excellent but the food is like any other fast food, it doesn't stand out much. It still taists better than most fast food though.
