Servers and cooks were awesome as well as the manager Stephanie. Stephanie came to check in on us and made sure we had a great time and meal you don't see many managers working the door, helping prep the cooks stations , filling waters and running around like she was. She was everywhere at once it seemed like. Thanks for the great service đź’Ż

Excellent meal. A decent sized ingredient bar (excellent quality) and an extensive sauce bar allow endless combinations for the grill.

My family went to HuHot to celebrate Father's Day. Our server, Kyla F. was fantastic. She was very attentive and prompt when we needed something. The people working the grills were quick and personable. They talked to us as they were working the grill. Based on this experience we will definitely be back.

I was very disappointed with our dining experience. My daughter has a gluten allergy and the cook was so rude and made a HUGE deal about it, making sure to tell me both times she went through what an inconvenience it was for him to have to clean the grill. He also made comments about us holding up the line because she “had to have an allergy”. Really…? Completely rude and inconsiderate. We will not be eating there in the future. If it is to much trouble for this restaurant to accommodate people with allergies they should post it on the door.

Definitely gone downhill. They were out of a lot of things veggies, sauces and there was hardly any meat. The buffet area was really dirty, veggies mixed in with other veggies, sauces spilled all over the counter. Employees for standing around talking, and while we were waiting for our food to be cooked. The man and a woman working the grill were complaining about their coworker being in the bathroom too long. Said he was avoiding doing his job. Food was ok. but service definitely is not like it used to be.

I love this restaurant- but after the last time I went the cook was so mean to a little girl who had a gluten allergy. I thought he was so rude and made the little girl feel just awful. Like you can not have a allergy that day or something! It’s not like people can help what they have. Totally not the way to treat your customers- especially a child! Unbelievable!
