I’ve been eating here for 15+ years. My late Grandma and my favorite place to eat together throughout my childhood. Within the last year or so the quality of the food has significantly dropped. From the meat being chewy or un-edible, to the rice being so soaked in oil that it just sticks together in a soggy ball. My most recent meal was topped with burnt up pan residue that made the food un-edible and a waste of money yet again. There was also a miscommunication when they took my order resulting in me having to pay more for the rest of my items. Would not be an issue but I didn’t receive a receipt or a explanation that made sense. When I called to voice my complaints I was told repeatedly how my complaints were in-accurate. Fed up with the lack of customer service I suggested I not eat there anymore and was told, “good I don’t want you to eat here anymore”. This place doesn’t care about the customer and doesn’t care about the food so they don’t need our business. I highly recommend spending your hard earned money somewhere you can get quality and service for the same price.

I'm not sure what happened since the last time I'd been here 4 months ago, but the food tastes different. Not awful, just not the same. Fried rice, sesame beef, mongolion beef, sweet and sour sauce doesnt have the same flavor as it once did... not as flavorful. Hot and sour soup /crab ragoons/egg rolls were still on point though.

I come here alot and their are some wait times but it's worth it. However the customer service is horrible. Particularly the old lady that's been there for a long time she is very rude all the time, she yells over the intercom in the drive thru which makes it hard to here what's she's saying. She cuts you off as you order. Gets mad when you ask for something else while at the window. I've even went inside and heard her curse at a customer for asking for something. I love this place but that old lady needs to not be dealing with customers. I was almost done with going there, however there is a young lady that's there she was so pleasant, nice and kind and that one experience with her made my day because I was prepared to deal with the old lady. Can't think of the young lady's name but she made my experience better. She should be servicing all the customers.

Wish I could give it a zero. Literally my favorite place to get Chinese in town till today, all my food was burnt when I called back and explained it to him she said it would be no hassle Just to come back up and all I received when I got there was rudeness and hassle I will not be eating here again.

Not sure if they have new cooks but the pork fried rice is definitely not up to par. Usually my favorite place for egg rolls and pork fried rice.

A great option in the area to get some great food! Simple works, and if it's not broke, then don't fix it! The menu is basic and gets the job done. The food is hot and made immediately upon ordering. I've only done the drive thru, but I can tell you that the food does not take long at all for how awesome it is! Would have to recommend to anyone that enjoys this style of food. It would be nice if the hours stretched to bar closing time is the only thing that I would change.

I feel like I got ripped off! Container not full! The widest area of a container adds up quick, so to leave unfilled isnt good! Bartenders giving out shots should know that trick for shots, same concept!

Wow! Hot and sour soup is spicy! Not sure what dish I got unfortunately, but it was chicken & veggies in a brown sauce, and it was spicy! Glad to have a Chinese restaurant that isn't afraid of spice.
