I really love Jimmy John's food and options. I always told my wife, if you want it fast go to Jimmy John's. If you not in a hurry go to subway or Good cents. I am a sandwich lover. Employees in council Bluffs are wonderful. They do their best to get the job done.
Ran out of turkey. Gave us the wrong sandwiches. Messed up our order. Workers not flexible with orders. Never had a bad Jimmy John’s experience before this.
What can I say about this place, it's just awesome on every level. The employees are awesome. The food is awesome. They are just awesome.

Just went through about 10 minutes ago. This bread is still qnd so hard to chew! Q few days ago yall had the ceaser chicken wraps and all of a sudden don't anymore. And my Dr pepper is flat... I want a refund. Yall cqn come get this hard sandwich if you'd like
We're the opposite of fast. Took 10 to 12 minutes for a single sandwich. 5 minutes to run a debit card. Drive thru associate had mask below his nose. 👃 😷
