Jimmy Johns on 16th and Broadway may have the worst service ever!! I ordered for delivery and my order was delivered 45 mins later to another business. Gratefully the other business called me and I went and picked it up. I called to speak with a manager and she essentially told me have a great day!

I had THE nicest person at the drive thru window! When I told her we didn't have a Jimmy John's where I lived she welcomed me in such a warm and friendly way! I will definitely be back when I'm in the area.... And the food was excellent as well. Thanks, Jimmy John's!

Very fast of course, friendly, tell you exactly what you are getting. I would have given 5 stars if the bread I got was a little less hard. My children's bread was great however. They were very happy. Good job overall here, thank you.
The customer service was awesome. I don't know the young man's name that was working behind the counter, but he was really engaging customers, and was super cool about working around the limitations they were facing at that moment, as they were getting ready to close for the evening.
