There was a bit of a wait in the Drive-Thru line. That's to be expected because somebody ahead of me had a big order and there's only so many employees inside making the food. The food was good. The cashier and window delivery person were genuine and polite.

Always warm food at the Madison ave location. Don't like the new order system. Screen sometimes doesn't work. It picks up all voices in my car so grandkids send orders thru without being able to change it until I go to window to pay. Frustrating system. Make it human and take our order please .
Went thrue Drive Thrue in CB. Window cashier asked if I can go to #3. Since I was not in a hurry to be were I have to go right now, I thought I'll test them to see if I'll get my food at a decent time today.
Paid at window at 12:27 pm, got my food at 12:34 pm. It didn't take as long as it did back
Just never seem to get the order correct. Not once, but several times we have had missed items. Once or twice would be acceptable but 30 times is just insanity.
Just not good food anymore, hasn’t been for a long time. It’s slop, crazily overpriced. No idea how people still eat here. The customer service is horrible as well.
I'd give ZERO stars if I could. My crispy chicken sandwich was anything but. It was cold and charred, both the bun and meat were burnt. My soda was flat.
