Feel really bad for the staff. Drive Thursday was closed due to staffing issues. They had a line inside. 3 people working, doing everything. They did a good job. You could tell they were frustrated. The food was still good. I had pre ordered my food online. Only had to wait about 10 minutes extra but I didn't mind due to the circumstances.

I was not impressed with the out come of my order. I was so excited that we found an open long john silvers,cuz back home they went out of business n me n my mom used to go garage saling on weekends,then stop there for lunch( our treat for the week) n just loved it. But I was truly disappointed with everything I ordered they have changed the flavor or seasons in there batter it is dull flat blah n yuck! Very greasy n not fully cooked still raw batter on the inside,plus they have onion rings on menu now n just as bad the onion rings look like they were pressed with a bottom of a glass,greasy n chewy no crisp about them! Also the portions have gotten smaller,the tater n shrimp sauce was changed tasting sweet! Over all I was very disappointed_!!!! 😞

Don’t waste your time. Eat in line for 35 mins. Went inside another time and the guy up front ignored completely to worried about drive through. Mobile ordered and that was a total waste of time! Still stood inside for 25 mins while it sat on the counter and he did drive through, fish was cold when finally got it

Love their fish and chicken and hush puppies. The good was fresh, hot and served quickly for as busy as it was! Well go again

Pulled up and asked to wait a minute, no response after that. Got sick of waiting after ten minutes with no response to further inquiry even when asking if they were still alive. Not the first time having this trouble, not even the second felt others should know not to get their hopes up for anything resembling service.

Went to Manawa location Friday, with grandchildren. Went through the drive-through. Ordered a number 11, with fries, and slaw. I also ordered a side of corn, clams, crab cake and hush puppies. When I got home I was missing slaw, corn, crab and hush puppies. I called, got machine. I left a message. No response. I called again Sunday, got machine. I left a message. Still no response as of Monday evening. I hope someone who manages there reads this and handles the situation.

The cashier did a great job suggesting different items on the menu. We really didn't know what we wanted. The customer service was fantastic. The value however was a bit lacking. We got shorted on a number of things. 7 hushpuppies instead of 8, and one of them was really small, 11 shrimp instead of 12. Really small pieces of chicken, about a third the size they should have been. The picture shows a regular sized hushpuppy and the dinky one, as well as 2 pieces of the chicken.

I sure miss your restaurant on Broadway in Cb It was the best. I've been to Manawa location a few times as I just love the chicken fish hush puppies. Hailey was polite who took my order but there was a very helpful guy who brought me my order. My food was delicious
