I do alot of online orders. You took away the option to schedule pick up or delivery for a later time. Your website frequently glitches and the store screws up my orders fairly frequently. Also they shut the store down fairly often. I understand this is a franchise store but where are the standards

I have gave this place the benefit of the doubt several times and the people who work there are extremely rude and have zero customer service and they have not only yelled at me over the phone for asking questions but they also hang up.... very classy!
