Pardos is an amazing dining experience that everyone should treat themselves to at least once. Casual fine dining and a bit higher price range keep it out of the range of habitual dining location for most, but this IS THE PLACE for any special occasion. The menu options are beautifully crafted and prepared masterfully. The atmosphere is subtle and welcoming. The staff offer a warm personality, are well versed on the menu options and expertly conscientious of the mood and timing of their course deliveries. They offer sophisticated and unique cocktails, a broad and eclectic beer and wine selection and their liquor catalogue is truly unbelievable. Find a way to treat yourself to this establishment and be sure you bring someone special with you. Your experience will be a cherishex dining memory.
Love It!. The food at Pardos blows my mind it is so good. I've been 3 times for dinner and it's always great - service and food. One night, they had Chocolate Reaper Ice Cream. It was a treat!

Suave service. I absolutely love this place. The service was incredible. It's a great place for a first date or taking your mother out to lunch. The tuna is delicious and seared to my liking every time. The interior design is subtle. And the wine list is very eclectic. I absolutely recommend eating there.. it's an experience you don't want to miss.
Very happy. Just ate here recently and I must say I'm impressed. The cucumber martini was very refreshing. The filet was so tender and delicious. Peanut butter pie for dessert was amazing. Everyone should eat here.
LOVE!! this restaurant is one of the best on the north shore. I've eaten here multiple times and it's doesn't matter if I'm eating at the bar or in the dining area; the service, food, and atmosphere is always five star! I've been with a party of 2 up to a party of 12 among others and I've been blown away each time and continue to be! the manager and owner is the best as well! will always return when in need of a delicious meal.
Valentines date. I usually don't write reviews, but wanted to let it be known what a great choice this dinner was for Valentines. The place was packed, but service was still great (I have dined here before). Highlights of our meal were the asian pork nachos (wanted more) and for main courses I had the redfish and my girlfriend had the lobster, both cooked perfectly and delicious. We treated ourselves to some Champagne while we finished the meal with chocolate covered strawberries. Thanks Pardos for a great time!

I was blown away. When I walked in I was confused with the "An American Bistro" part. I found the menu to be in-descriptively vague and pompous, or written in another language that I didn't really understand making it seem that way to us. There were servers everywhere and almost to the point of uncomfortable feeling that I was being watched all the time. Every one of them were friendly and almost overattentive, our drinks were refilled once they were half gone. We got over the watching you part pretty quick.
Now the most important part, the food. I am very picky and judgmental when it comes to food. I'll be the first to admit it. I honestly have to say almost everything was incredible and I got piping hot food straight out of the kitchen. The rib eye I ordered medium was perfect medium and well (but not over) seasoned, the fries were ok, the brussel sprouts were ok. My wife's tuna had to be caught this morning and came over fried cauliflower and a potato cakeish concoction that was also incredible. The crab salad they brought out to us was just showing off it was so good. It was delicious and I don't think I've ever used that word to describe a dish. In fact if someone tells me something is delicious I shy away because I'm expecting over hyped disappointment. Our dinner was incredible and It was a breath of fresh air to get away from the same old same old. I can't wait to try them for lunch.
Pardos is fantastic, even with the somewhat confusing strip mall location! Creative dishes, artistic chefs, great service, nice atmosphere inside! (and usually great music playing!)
The most delicious food on the Northshore. I'm tired of the same old same old...this chef is talented and creative. What chefs should be. Better steaks than down the road at the steakhouse, they are actually prime. Filet comes with a butter knife...all you need. Flavor is exceptional. I've eaten there 3 dozen times. Always left with happy taste buds! I can't say enough to compliment this restaurant. Lastly, the service is impeccable! No need to venture to Commanders or Emerils.
Great Night on the Northshore. My wife and I decided to try Northshore's "Best New Restaurant" and we had such a wonderful experience! I typically don't write reviews, but wanted to give kudos to the chef! My wife's fish was cooked perfectly and a very unique presentation and my steak was delicious. We will certainly return for another dinner and try out lunch.
What a pleasant surprise!. We were looking for a new place to have an upscale, relaxed lunch. Read good reviews of Pardo's, so decided to give it a try. We were so pleasantly surprised! From the salmon and crab parfait, to the redfish special that I ordered, and the flatbread pizza for my husband, we were blown away. I even got the chef to tell me how he got the grilled veggies so smokey sweet. Definitely going to go back for supper soon. Highly recommend this place!

For starters, try the Shrimp, Crab & Crawfish Cheesecake. We order this every chance we get! I'm also going to recommend the Caesar salad---the presentation says it all---the lettuce stands up straight with some sort of creative cheese "top hat" on top. Tastes wonderful too! Try the Osso Bucco or the Pork Chop for dinner...they are both are juicy and filled with layers and layers of flavor. If you are going to try a dessert, make sure you order the bread pudding...it's light and fluffy...not too heavy like at some of the other local restaurants.
Sometimes my husband and I like to go hang out at the bar. They usually have good drink specials...the bartender is really cool too. She makes awesome martinis!

Great Experience. My husband and I have had lunch and dinner at Pardo's and it's our new favorite spot. It is such a nice addition to dining here in this area and the staff go out of their way to treat you special. The filet cheese steak sandwich is awesome and osso bucco and steak at dinner have been fabulous. We will definitely be back!

! My entire experience was like no other...beginning with the awesome welcome when I walked in the door. The staff, the atmosphere, the food, all terrific! Pardos is not just a restaurant it's a place where you can unwind with great music, and great food any day of the week. The lunch and dinner are equally great!!!

My new favorite spot!. Let me just start be saying that Pardo's is so refreshing! The atmosphere is modern and elegant without being too fussy and the music is great. I was thrilled to finally have great service AND a fantastic meal at the same place on the North Shore. The food is incredibly fresh, creative, and delicious! The staff was so friendly, attentive, and knowledgable. Pardo's is just what the North Shore needed and is on caliber with great spots in New Orleans and in other major cities around the country. Go check it out!
Hands down the best restaurant in St. Tammany Parish! It can be expensive but it is worth it! Great atmosphere and staff. I highly recommend this restaurant!

Finally, just what Covington needed, a real restaurant. Don't let the location of this little Bistro deter you the interior decor, staff and menu can easily compete with its NOLA counterparts. For those northshore residents in desperate need of a new restaurant options dont miss this place you'll regret it. Whoever is managing the restaurant and staff at this little gem is doing a great job. Warning-if you are looking for the same old menu this isnt for you... the Olive Garden is on the North side of i-12 :)
Great food and service. Me and my family came in there this past weekend. First off the atmosphere was exactly what we were looking for. There were families with kids and also couples having date night. Perfect for any occasion. We were first greeted by our server Sarah. She was great and very helpful. She guided us through the menu and we allowed her to order for us. Scallops were brough to us and they were perfect. For dinner, I got the salmon and it tasted exactly the way it was described. Dessert we had the panicotti. It was light, but full of flavor. The manager visited our table just to make sure we were doing great. I though that was fantastic. We will definitely be back. Thank you Pardos for a great night!
My husband and I were told about Pardo's two weeks ago. So, last week, myself, my husband and friends made a double dinner date. Our waitress was Debbie. She was a very good waitress, very attentive and polite. The food and drinks were outstanding! Their martinis are awesome!

Happened on this place the first day they were open. We came in late but were welcomed. Ordered grilled fish of the day w/ grilled vegetables. Also the quail w/ rice pilaf & spinache. Everything was outstanding. The fish tasted like it came from the boat to the table. The quail was undercooked but the staff quickly took care of it. Another great dish! It was a thoroughly enjoyable evening!
