It is cold and rainy and miserable, the drive through line was wrapped around the building, and i still got my food....MADE CORRECTLY, and served to me by the friendliest person in under three minutes. Take a lesson other fast food chains.

I had about an hour and a half to kill while my daughter was in a play. I took my son to eat breakfast and play. I was a little nervous about just being there for so long but it wasn't even an issue!
Kudos to Chick-fil-A of Covington for going above and beyond feeding stranded motorists and truckers! Always love your great good and amazing service! This effort shows your depth of character and commitment to the community and all people!

Even during covid they're the fastest and nicest fast food place to go to. Line wrapped around the building... no problem still in and out in 20 minutes!!!!
Best customer service ever! That's why they stay so busy. They had police escorting the line, but they were still faster than most places.
If you are just finding out what chick-fil-a is then I highly recommend trying out this other new thing called breathing .. can’t go wrong with the chick

Excellent services and food. Speed was a little too much. They had me waiting at the window and then pulled me forward. Waiting time like 10 or more but the salad was awesome!
It always has lots of people and is always moving fast and the order is always perfect. That is refreshing to me! Also, the food is very tasty!
