Best iced coffee in the state, maybe the nation. Also the longest running mom & pop coffee shop on the Northshore.

Staffing was nice and area was clean and cozy. Not to mention the coffee was nicely brewed and tasted great. Free WiFi and plenty of seats.

St. John's is a Covington institution. Great place to meet friends and a great place for a business meeting. The coffee is always good and so is the food. The people that run St. John's are friendly and relaxed, they never rush you to order and are super helpful explaining different coffee blends and mixes. The frozen drinks in the summer hit the spot.

Great old school coffee spot.

I was there to listen to & watch the Gospel Folk band. Great musicians and great guys! Great atmosphere and everyone seemed to love the food & drinks as much as they did the music.. it was a packed house! I recommend watching for these guys to come again and deff catching their performance.. 5 stars for the music and 5 stars for the service

Cool place, great coffee! Open mic on the third Sunday of every month is a fun experience... you can check out the local talent!

This was our first visit to this coffeehouse, and my wife and I loved everything about it. I had espresso, and she had iced coffee, and both were rich and flavorful. We had a table for two, but there was a good variety in the seating for several size parties. Atmosphere and decor were very fitting, and noise from the busy street outside was not a problem. Public parking was nearby and it is easy to find. Great place to rendezvous with friends for an informal and inexpensive time. When there is entertainment you can sit close to take it in, or back toward the barrista bar.

Friendly atmosphere and good coffee. What more could you ask for in a coffee shop?

I just love the culture here. Good quality service. Great products to enjoy. Comfortable. And they serve fresh local sprouts with their soup now.

St. John's... good people, good coffee

St. John's is what I call a real coffeehouse. Independent, local, welcoming poetry and music -- and unlike Starbucks, the owners know how to form the possessive.
