Whoever opened on 4/4/2020 had our to-go order waiting on them when they got to work. I submitted it online prior to the store opening. I called to confirm it was received and he happily told me it was, and it was already done (earlier than I selected)! Staff was very kind and smiling. It’s so nice when people are happy. Thank you to the staff from today.
Just the best. I love lettuce wraps and they are SO stuffed with toppings and SO delicious. They wrap them perfectly too! The service is always great- everyone is so friendly. Today it was all women working- so nice to see that. When I work in the area, I make a point to eat at either location in Covington since there isn't one in Slidell. JJ's is worth driving out of the way for. Recently, I took 15 minutes of my 30 minute lunch to drive to them. Thanks y'all!!
Need to turn online delivery back on. It has been off. I need to be able to deliver to my customers. Missing out on money for 3wks now.....ty
Great sub shop when you want a tasty sandwich quick. They are fast and the cashiers are always nice.
I eat here frequently and the food is always good, consistently made to order, and fast. The staff is friendly and efficient, and the store is clean and well lit. I know other places make subs/sandwiches, but to my taste Jimmy John's makes the best ones, I don't go anywhere else.
