Worst location I've ever ordered from. Called in after 45 mins as the Papa Johns app still showed the pizza was not in the oven. The crew here is so awesome!!! I'm a truck driver and I pick up from Rouses once a week. Tonight I was able to order over the phone and they brought it curbside for me!!! They deserve way more than 5 star appreciation!!!

If I give 0 stars I would. Waited the usual 1hr minimum for a pizza. I found out the pizza was delivered somewhere else and if I wanted another one it would be another 2hr wait. This was all after I gave them a total time of an 1:40 minutes to delivery 2.4 miles front the store.

This location has met or exceeded my expectations. As no business is perfect, this Papa Johns Pizza will accept their error, and offer apologies, offer an exchange, or credit. This is my favorite "chain" pizza vendor.

This is what they bring you after waiting an hr and half and the manger wants to be rude and wants you to wait another 1hr and half to replace what they did wrong

Last time we ordered it was almost an hour and a half before it was delivered. Tonight it was almost 2 hours and wasn't even in the oven yet. My wife left to go pick it up. So sad that it has gotten to this point. Won't be ordering from this location ever again
