Decent thin crust. Good delivery times.
My wife and I wanted to try something different so we ordered the new New York style pizza. We were disappointed because the crust was on the burned side. I called and mentioned that to the manager. She was very apologetic and told me her employees had the wrong cook temperature for this crust and told me the next order was on the house. We don’t eat pizza often so I called to see if I could still validate this offer. 4 weeks later and they sent my no charge order and delivered it for free. The pizza was great and delivered in record time. They will get all of my business now. Great pizza, great service and very friendly staff.
The crew here is so awesome!!! I'm a truck driver and I pick up from Rouses once a week. Tonight I was able to order over the phone and they brought it curbside for me!!! They deserve way more than 5 star appreciation!!!
This location has met or exceeded my expectations. As no business is perfect, this Papa Johns Pizza will accept their error, and offer apologies, offer an exchange, or credit. This is my favorite "chain" pizza vendor.
