Decided to change my review. Because I don’t think it was the staffs fault. The woman we spoke to said they don’t have staff and they were really busy. I can understand that. She was nice. The first person we spoke to wasn’t so. The food we eventually received was as expected.
I pretty much eat at this Sonic everyday, since I work super close! The ABSOLUTE BEST at making the shakes!! No other Sonic can compare to this one!! I truly believe that some of you people just love to complain. I promise you, that you are doing them a favor by not coming back!!
Employee had Terrible Attitude. I understand they may be short staffed but the Attitude was completely uncalled for.
Location has 2 separate parking areas, oneof which was blocked off for entry by an employee car. The other stalls were completely filled. I simply asked where to to pick up my online
Absolutely terrible. what fast food restaurant closes at five in the afternoon!? nobody’s even off work yet to come get dinner!!! And every time you try to come to this location they have one of the two entrance blocked. during lunch once the stalls are full on one side you have to wait for somebody
If I could leave no stars I would. Will not be going back to this sonic located next to Walmart in Covington. I understand being short staffed…but I waited 20 minutes after pushing the button to place my order. Then a man across the way pulls up and pushes his button and places his order right away.
Used to come here for late night food if there was no dinner plans. They've changed their hours to close at 5 apparently and it looks like there's people inside but everyone leaves after a while of not getting anyone to respond to the service buttons. Sadly seems like it's every fast food restaurant
FYI the store closes at like, 7pm now. Don't order through the sonic app or DoorDash after 6pm or you will be needing a refund.
You leave the doordash ordering on even after you close, so there's no one around to help cancel orders. Do better.
