La Mexicana had been my go to for tacos in northern kentucky, but this place blew me away and now are easily my favorite tacos in the area. The place is unassuming, tucked next to a laundromat and an ameristop and the sign reads “taqueria tapia”.
Delicious Mexican food with home made tortillas. Nice customer service. Reasonable prices.
Wonderful food! My husband and I were looking for a place to grab lunch on a Saturday and this place did not disappoint. I had a big craving for some good tacos and stopped in as we were passing by. Got a seat right away, ordered our food with a very friendly and welcoming young lady, and received everything right away. My husband got the pastor quesadillas and i got the pork tacos. I now have one happy husband and one happy belly!! This is a great place to grab some tasty food!!!
Moved here from San Diego and couldn't find a spot with good tacos. Then I found this spot. Legit Mexican food with friendly staff and excellent portions.
Update 11/19 They've added more seating. I still love the food!!
Great little hole in the wall Mexican restaurant. No frills. This is definitely more of a carry out spot compared to a date spot but they have a great selection of Mexican drinks and icecreams. The menu is limited but authentic.
