We made an online order and went to pick it up and were told they cannot take any orders right now and need to find a way to cancel it. They should not be able to accept orders online if they can make the food.

Food is decent but they will make you wait 5 too 10 minutes before they actually take your order. They allow people to just sit and wait until they complete the window order before they take your order.

The line is always long and slow to get through. However my apple pecan salad was awesome!

The lady who took our order was very rude. We ordered for 5 people and the order was missing part of it. I understand yesterday was Christmas and some people have to work today. We treated her with respect regardless of how we were treated. We will not be back.

The night shift didn't show up, so the place closed at like 5p. I was the last customer in there. They locked the doors while I was in there.

Waited in line 20 min. Before driving off . The crew of a evening does not even try to take your order they act like you ate not there. Only 2 cars where in front of me . They did not get any service it appeared . so sad !!!!
