The guy who took my order lied about the ice cream machine being broken. When I got to the window I could hear his coworker asking for him to make her a milkshake. I asked him how is that possible if the ice cream machine has been “broken for 4 months?” He said they only make it for doordash orders.

My children love Checkers. The many that we have visited this location in Covington is by far THE BEST!! They make food to order, it's always fresh, hot and delicious and the service is wonderful!! They always have a smile on their faces and take pride in their job. It's refreshing to say the least.
