Despite some of the reviews, I have been coming to this location for years when visiting my family in Covington. Although we had to wait for our order, the staff was friendly and attentive as well as apologetic for the delay. I love these burgers! The wait is especially worth it with great customer service!

First time eating Krystal's. Stopped at the drive thru while riding through Georgia. We don't have one here in SC. So I was happy to see it on the interstate exit. The sandwiches were hot and delicious. A little more mustard than I would like. I also tried the tots, they were good too.
