We had a great experience here! We came on a Friday night and there was about a 40 minute wait but it was worth it. The food was delicious and the cheesecake choices are amazing! Staff was friendly, great atmosphere. They have gluten free entrees and gluten free desserts. Also good vegetarian option

The posted hours on Google are false. This location closes promptly at 7pm. How do I know? Generally the food and service is decent to good. But today, 6/27/22 at around 6:15pm, I sat in the drive thru for 20 min and it didn't move. I don't know what happened, I was eventually able to back out.

Everyone at this location should be fired. I live in Covington and have come here multiple times after work for dinner and have been told repeatedly the system is down, tonight a lady with attitude told me the same thing and said we close at 7pm and did not want to take my order and not sure when it

Food quality is OK. Thru the window I've had mulitple occasions where there were missing items ot stuff not made to order. Still, it's the closest Arby's to me and I when I am jonesing for a roast beef sandwich, I'll go back. Just be clear at the mic and ask the employee to repeat your order, then

Hours of operation change weekly. For only having drive thru open, the wait time is ridiculous. Employees look and act miserable. Managers look defeated. Even being the only Arby's in Covington, this place is going to run itself out of business.

I hardly get to eat here because of the 7pm closing time, but when I do I'm usually pleased but this time I ordered the buffalo chicken and the chicken was literally the size of a half dollar, not even worth putting on a sandwich. I paid for a buffo lettuce sandwich.

The store in Covington has the friendliest staff. The sandwiches are really good, especially the fish which is not typically what one would think of when going to an Arby's.
