Update 6/12/22: this location appears to be permanently closed. There is no signs saying they are closed, but their doors have been locked for a long time now and all the cold cases are empty.
Wonderful ice cream and a convenient location. The store is always clean and the staff overall are nice.
We went there at 6:30pm on a Tuesday (the 31st!) and it was closed, no sign or anything explaining why. Very disappointing. At least Cold Stone is closeby!
You know that effect where you order something because it looks great on the menu board, and then what you are served is nothing like the picture?
For the first time in probably ever, what I got matched the board exactly. It was rather how perfectly layered and proportioned everything was. So clean
Went in to order a ice cream cake last minute and the young lady that helped me find the unicorn made my daughter's day! They even promptly brought it out to me the next day when the birthday girl was asleep. Thank you for making my life easier!
Horrible we paid and they gave us one ice cream then helped other people then when we asked for our other 3 they said sorry we forgot then they gave us one more and started helping other people and got mad at us for asking for our last two that we paid for the girls seemed to not know what they were
Horrible customer service!! Do not go to this location, "owner" thinks he knows the laws. Go to Auburn Way Baskin Robbins where they have outstanding customer service.
Friendly staff, great ice cream! Seriously recommend the Watermelon Splash -- Refreshing and the perfect amount of sweet and tart.
Great place to bring the kids for a treat. Lots of awesome flavors of ice cream to choose from. They have cones and waffle cones and you can also get ice cream in a cup. The staff wasn't overly friendly but it didn't matter much and didn't affect our ability to have a good time. Great place to take
