I try not to write bad reviews because I understand that employees are humans with feelings and sometimes they experience days when both the food and service is mediocre. However, this location has continued to decline at a fast pace. Their customer service is trash and they are always out of everyt

I was originally fretted when the lobby was closed. We went through the drive thru & I was amazed @ the customer service & the quality of the food. The young lady was very polite, helpful & courteous.

Food was hot and fresh, The men's restroom is nasty. No hand towels and just plain nasty dirty. Trash all over the floor.. Stopped in at 11:02am and they open at 10am No way it got this dirty in a hr.

Service great 5 star, but the chicken has taken a step in the wrong direction 2 star, sides were tasty 4 star

Great service when my family and I walked to the counter. Chicken was hot and delicious. Fries were not hot but nothing in life is perfect. Beautiful restaurant decor and surroundings were clean and neat. 😍

Looking at the line I thought I was going to be there for at least 10 mins No no the people was friendly and fast service.They even offered me a dessert with my meal. Keep up the good work🤗
