The staff is pleasurable and somewhat knowledgeable. The first 2 pizzas were so undercooked , the dogs turned thier noses up. They did replace them , and I drove back and got 2 slightly darker pies. I cant wait to go back to Boston.

For Pizza Hut this location is 5 star. Order is always right . Pizza is cook correctly and your order is on time . The staff do an excellent job of taking care of the customers. Large Thin and crispy pepperoni, mushrooms, and black olive this time. Great price and I like the curbside pickup.

Two stars for decent pizza and that’s about it here. When you do curbside pick up the phone will ring and ring. Go inside and you get ignored by the girls working. I tried calling while I waited inside to see what the employees would do and they didn’t bat an eye ignoring the phone.

Daytime is normally ok. But nighttime... Tables were nasty. Never cleaned, but they had the utensils on them and ready for the next customer. Food was good except for the fact that the pizza tasted like soap like the pizza boards had soap put on but never washed off..

We won't be returning. Restaurant was dirty, front to back, top to bottom. The booth we sat in was covered in sticky handprints. It's the first time I've not eaten from the salad bar. EVERYTHING had been frozen and was wilted. Every tomato had burst, the cucumber slices were multi colored and limp.
