Service is horrible and takes forever but the meal is healthy and the options for a healthy meal are great.

They have a lot of options for food, whether you're in the mood for breakfast or lunch. The prices are very reasonable, and our waitress was friendly. Not a bad place to grab a quick meal earlier in the day.

I stopped in early on a Saturday morning solo. I was greeted by a very friendly waitress and promptly served a cup of coffee. My order was cooked exactly the way I ordered it and was very tasty. The food came out very quick. All in all I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Fresh & Tasty. Once upon a time, during my college years, I was a server at First Watch. Now that I have moved on with my life, I am happy to write a review for anyone who is curious to try it.

First Watch is an excellent place to eat breakfast or lunch in the Cranberry area. With limited breakfast restaurant choices, First Watch offers a unique menu that is known for its large pancakes, great coffee, and fresh ingredients. Generally, the service tends to be great. Upon being seated you are greeted by a server who will offer you coffee from the get-go. While First Watch seems to attempt to be a diner, it really strays from the stereotypically greasy foods that diners typically serve. Instead, customers are faced with fresh & often colorful options that are pleasing to the palate.

If it is your first time there and you tend to enjoy the sweeter side of life, I would recommend the banana crunch pancakes or the Tri-fecta. The Fresh Fruit Crepes are a wonderful choice if you are looking for something sweet, but on the healthier side. These crepes are served chilled, wrapped around fresh, seasonal fruit, and topped with strawberry yogurt. They come with a side of granola and a muffin of the day. I would also recommend the Crepeggs as a savior option-a thin sweet crepe combined with eggs and other various ingredients. If you are more of a lunch person, don't worry! There are plenty of salads and sandwiches from which to choose.

The weekends tend to attract a lot of families, so if that is your only option, you can expect a small wait time (nothing over 25 minutes). In fact, by the time you decide you don't want to wait "that long", drive away, and find another place to eat...your name will have been called. I'm sure that not everyone would rave about this place-it is a chain restaurant after all. But if you live in the area, I recommend that you take advantage and at least try it once. One can only endure so much Eat n' Park, Denny's, and Bob Evans.

Very good food. I am a very picky eater and it really has to be high quality for me to like certian foods and they were phenominal. Waitresses were very nice and accomidating, and they also had a lot of healthy options.

Very Good. I've eaten here many times and it has always been very good. The place gets very crowded on weekends, so a wait is not uncommon. They are accommodating to special requests. If you like home fries, don't miss out on the First Watch Potatoes - they are fantastic! Cooked just right, not too greasy. All of the food tastes very healthy.

Great Service, Unique options, Good for the $$. First Watch is a lovely daytime restaurant that I am very happy to have in the North Hills. The prices are fair and the staff is quite understanding and polite. I have never had a bad meal at First Watch. The guy who complained about an extra 89 cents could put his extra energy into something more useful.

Definitely check this place out if you haven't already. There's something for everyone.

Great breakfast restaurant! We go to First Watch in any city we go to. They are everywhere. Their location in Cranberry is always fast, good, and friendly. We have never really had a bad experience there. No place is perfect, and some people can always find something to complain about. First Watch though is always good. Thank goodness Cranberry finally got a real breakfast place!

One of the best places you can find for consistent brunch that is respectable quality. Try to come on a weekday to avoid the madness on Saturdays and Sundays. If you are coming on the weekend, check in ahead on the website. This location in particular is quite nice with mostly friendly and professional staff. I ordered the farmhouse hash with poached eggs. I forgot how delicious poached eggs are until I tried this dish. All the flavors and textures blend together for the perfect savory brunch experience. I also ordered the morning meditation juice which is a blend of fruits that produce a crisp refreshing drink that is not too sweet. Lots of great options on the menu, you really can’t go wrong here.

My wife and I have now had breakfast here a number of times and we both feel the same way about it. We love it but we also find it inconsistent. Don't get me wrong the food is great but the last two times we've gone there including today (7/13/23) we both had to ask for food to be re-done. My Farm House Hash eggs were to be medium but came out overcooked (this is the second time this has happened to me here). My wife's egg white omelette with peppers and onions was basically cold. They got both right the second time but don't understand why they couldn't get it right the first time as they were not busy. When they get it right..... marvelous! Try the traditional breakfast...yum. Or the Eggs Benedict (although I think the bread is a bit heavy for it but still good.) And ask for a side of bacon as they do bacon really yummy. Atmosphere is great with senior citizens and families all mingling and noise level is just right. We love First Watch so we'll be back again....and again. Just please be a bit more consistent!

We went to First Watch for brunch on a Sunday morning. The service was great, but there was a long wait. I would recommend getting on the waitlist via Google Maps so you don't have to stand in line, as there is usually a long wait. The delicious food is well worth it and the restaurant atmosphere is very pleasant.

I had the Chickichanga with Cheesy Grits and my husband had the Parma Hash with a biscuit and gravy. I also had the Purple Haze drink and my god. Everything was so delicious. I don’t have a single bad thing to say about the food or service. We will definitely be back. The wait times are long so I’d recommend joining the waitlist about an hour before you wanna go. Glad we waited it out because the food was definitely worth the wait! Go here asap!

Had an awesome breakfast at First Watch on a Sunday morning. I recommend getting your name on the online wait list before you arrive to reduce the wait time. Overall I had a great experience and was happy with both the service and food. It's a nice restaurant that is very clean and nice, yet still casual. Would recommend!

Our first time. We ordered: the half Monterey club and soup; salmon frittata with potatoes; and the ham and gruyère sandwich. The Monterey club was both good and filling. The wedding soup was excellent but served at room temperature. The ham and Gruyère sandwich was massive and excellent. The frittata was good but the included toast was excessively salty with both a salt spice and salted butter. The potatoes were just ok. The biggest failure was the silverware that I received with food on the spoon. The menu is extensive so there is still lots to try. We will be back.

This place is amazing. Whether we order through a 3rd party or dine in, everything is amazing and healthy! So many healthy options. The purple haze is my absolute favorite.
