Had a great dinner last night. Very busy, even with a reservation, our table of four had to wait about 10 extra minutes – but it was “veterans night” and it was busy and we understood. Service was outstanding by Lauren who was extremely patient and helpful in explaining the BOGO offer for all veterans. The four of us all ordered steaks of some sort, including one who ordered prime rib. Everything was prepared exactly as ordered; the beef in particular was exceptionally well prepared. The only downside (and it was tiny) was that the two lobster tails ordered as enhancements were a bit overcooked, which, I can attribute to the very busy kitchen working hard to satisfy the many customers. We didn’t mind. Overall, a very nice evening of dining at Firebirds.

Made reservations. Reservations were honored. Was extremely crowded on Saturday night following a homecoming rush. Waitress was extremely attentive. Husbands steak was cooked right, mine was a little over cooked. Not terrible but a little well done for the medium well I asked for. Could have been the cut I got. Reminded us of Texas Roadhouse. Was as expected. Served it’s purpose. Plenty of parking.

Very nice restaurant with comfortable setting. The friendly staff greeted us and sat us immediately since we had a reservation. Our server came right over and took our drink order. We took a few minutes to chat with our friends and again our server was stopping back to take our order when ever we were ready, never rushing us along. The food was Very good as we had heard of their Aged Steaks. Delighted and we will be back.

The restaurant is beautiful inside and out. Menu has a variety of foods. I had to reserve a couple weeks in advance with Open Table to get a 5:15pm dinner reservation for our special occasion, which I put in the notes. The waitress could have been more friendly and outgoing, but pleasant enough and seemed efficient with the number of times she visited our table. I was hoping for mention of our anniversary, but it just seemed like a normal dinner out than special. The filet mignon was ok, but certainly not worth the price. I've had better from Costco and Longhorn. Perhaps I will return to try something else. I wish we could've sat outside to view their pond.

The general atmosphere was fantastic, and the service was great too. Unfortunately, both mine and my partners steak were undercooked from the temperature that we had asked. My partners was so rare he had to send it back, but I ate mine. (Photos of mine attached). We were apologized to and given a free dessert. Otherwise, the meals were great, though the sides were a bit underwhelming.

Firebirds was great all around. We sat at the bar for a bit and the service was amazing. They were very attentive and conversational. We sat outside and the view of the pond and fountain was spectacular. I ordered the garlic chicken and it was phenomenal. The blend of tastes was very flavorful but not overpowering. I'd definitely recommend.

Our family ate at Firebirds Restaurant on July 12th and we had a very nice dinner. I recommend the Fish Tacos which is on the Lunch menu only but you can get it for Dinner as well. They give you three tacos and the spicy Sriracha sour cream adds a nice kick to the tacos. Outside of the restaurant is a beautiful pond with a fountain and ducks in it. Inside the restaurant, they had nice seating and the restaurant was clean. Our server seemed rushed and forgot a few things for our order, but all in all, it is a nice place to have dinner with the family and it is reasonably priced.

Was in town for a large work party and this place was fantastic. It’s huge and extremely busy yet our two servers made sure we had everything we needed. Food was great and we never had an empty glass on the table. Will definitely be back.

One of the best happy hour experiences I’ve had in years! The small plates were shared among 3 of us, we got 5 plates and ended up with plenty of food. We ordered the Fries, Bang Bang Shrimp, Cauliflower, Siders and Meatballs. Everything was delicious! The portions were great. We each had the Signature Martini as well and would definitely order again. We sat in the bar area at a high top for happy hour and the service was amazing.

We came here for my mom’s birthday and had a wonderful evening. We made reservations and were seated in a very nice circular booth and the atmosphere was fantastic. The whole team was amazing and made the meal an enjoyable experience. My mom even said that this was the best birthday she has ever had!

Fantastic food, service and atmosphere! My wife and i stopped in for a late lunch . She had the Colorado Chicken Salad. Which was a very large portion and flavorful . I tried the Smokehouse burger and I was equally impressed . It was prob one of the best burgers i have ever had . It fills up very quickly so reservations may be the best option especially for Dinner .

We chose to sit outside and didn't regret it! They have outdoor heaters and fans! It took close to 10min before we ever got greeted by our server but thankfully that was the only downfall. The drinks and food were delicious!! Sort of pricey but the quality seems to be worth it!

Really liked it. It was pretty busy for a Monday night, but we were seated immediately in the bar. Service was good and the drinks were well poured. Ordered the crispy pork belly and it was very good. I would absolutely recommend it. Out table ordered 2 steaks and a rack of ribs. We all enjoyed our meals, but I ordered the NY Strip and they brought me a sirloin. I didn’t say anything and ate it, but it wasn’t what I wanted. I will say that it was a great sirloin, well prepared and it tasted great. It just wasn’t a strip…try the ember corn. It had s little bite to it, but we all really enjoyed it. Mashed potatoes were excellent. We split the lemon cake with blueberry sauce. Cake was good, but that blueberry sauce was amazing!! If they sold it by the bottle, I would have brought 5 home with me. A must try. Coffee was exceptional. Full bodied with a great mouthfeel. I will definitely go back. Go take a look at the bar, it was something to see. And try the pineapple martini. You won’t be disappointed.

We are so thankful that "Firebirds" recognizes veterans in the local Cranberry area with a very generous meal! We sat down at the table within minutes of our reservation. Our waiter, Gordon, was so nice in explaining how Firebirds was recognizing veterans. Firebirds will definitely stay on our "fine dining" list due to their great service and willingness to thanks those that serve (and have served) our nation.

Food was great, service was nice, friendly and quick. Never an empty glass. We went out for a birthday and boy do they know how to treat you right. I would recommend you eat here several times a month if not a few times a week. Don't let your stomach fool you even if you think you are full you can still stop by and eat a tomahawk pork chop.
