In Love with Chipotle. Great addition to Cranberry Township. Employees are always friendly and ready to make changes when requested. Need more seating at times though. Line moves quickly. Their quac is the best!

Gluten-Free-OK, but Caution. Food is wonderful!!! I had a burrito bowl.
A note on Gluten-Free. When I told the Order Guy that I was "very allergic to wheat" he happily (without my asking) told someone to take over the register and changed his gloves. Then he personally walked down the food line and dished up my food (instead of the regular custom of passing the bowl from worker to worker).
But beware: when he finished dishing up the food, he sat the bowl on the counter and left it to the guy on the end (without telling him of my allergy). So this guy began touching the bowl as he moved it further toward the check-out girl. Then he wrapped up my husband's wheat tortilla in foil, and at that point, I told him that MY food needed not to be touched by wheat. So after he wrapped the tortilla, he changed his gloves and pushed the food to the check-out girl. And again, without telling HER of my allergy. So she touched my bowl again a few times (along with my husband's wrapped tortilla) before the whole thing was over.
The bowl has an edge to it, so their hands didn't come in direct contact with my food, although they could have.
It was apparent that while employees might know some things they're supposed to do when confronted with allergies, they don't know why or haven't really thought it through. Next time, I will just take my bowl from the employee as soon as he fills it with food and hold it in my hands for the rest of the way. I did not get sick, and the food was so very good, a real treat for me as a cancer/chemo patient.
Consistently good food when in a hurry and want a quick meal
Barbacoa, I love you.. This place redefines quality! What kind of ingredients make excellent food? Top quality ones raised and grown the right way! I can literally taste the difference in each bite! I love the Barbacoa bowl with some medium salsa. This is an excellent place for people with gluten allergies, too. You can forgo the tortilla and just use a fork. I will keep coming back here for as long as they keep things the way they are! Thanks, genius person who created Chipotle!
I like to opt for Chipotle vs fast food when I’m in a crunch and need something to eat. It seems to be hit or miss at some restaurants if I’ll have a good meal or not. This location got my 5 item order correct and met my expectations. I did order chips and queso for the first time and wasn’t thrilled. Some chips were great, some tasted like they just weren’t cooked long enough m. A large order was about $8, as much as a meal. Definitely not worth the price. I also ordered an organic lemonade that wasn’t great, just weak in flavor and not something I wanted to drink.
I enjoyed my meal and so did my family. The staff was great. It was a bit slower and everyone that I saw said hi/greeted me as they were moving about.
I’d come back to this location for sure.
Our visit to Chipotle for lunch this afternoon was next level! You can order the quesadillas here in person because they have a press. Leslie really took care of us and was super helpful. They had everything we wanted to order and even gave us rice without cilantro when requested. It was crazy delicious.
The food was fantastic. However, I suppose as a result of them being busy, the food prep counter was a disaster --- food having fallen in other containers, lettuce all over the place, salsa splashed around. I mean, it was incredibly busy so I do understand that will happen. I took some stars off for that reason. The food, again, was great.
Food was exceptional with the steak and chicken both being juicy and delicious. Service was prompt and courteous.
I got a burrito, and it was delicious. They make it with generous portions. Restaurants clean.
This is the best chipolte of all the ones that I have been to. Great portions, friendly service, and clean facility.
I did not like the fact that they did not accept cash money and it was card only I don't understand that but the food was good and the service was good.
