This McDonald's amazed me since last time I was there. Clean,updated, fast service, empty trash cans. Woman at register very helpful. All around excellent experience. Can't always take the food with my bad stomach but there's nothing bad to say about this location.
Food was fast, hot, well-prepared, appealing to the eyes and not a heaping mess like most experiences I usually have at other McDonald's locations. Best of all, incredibly friendly staff.
Miss Helen is so wonderful. I had the great pleasure of talking to her today, and she provided me with the highest quality of customer service. I come here frequently to drink Diet Coke, and she has always asked me how things are going. I feel well appreciated when I visit. This place is a gem. The people work so hard here, and I have to say I praise this as one of the best McDonald's in the region.
This McDonald’s seems to get some low reviews, so I definitely wanted to write about my own experiences because they’ve been great. We recently stopped in on a Saturday morning for breakfast, and the staff was friendly, the service was fast, and the food was good. I’d been here previously as well, and the experience was always good. Seems like a solid McDonald’s!
I always receive good service here...if something goes wrong its always taken care of quickly. And where can you get a bag of fries for 1$ if you have the app.
Sat in the drive-through on the left side window, and no one ever came to get my order. Everybody was only attending one window.
This McDonalds was very quick to take my order and then deliver it to my table. Even though they were busy at the time, they still managed to do it quickly and my order was correct (ordered a cheeseburger w/o mustard). This McDonalds I don’t come to very often but will be visiting again soon! Very friendly staff all around from managers to crew!! A very nice play area and LOTS of seating!!
Food is good just as any other McDonald's and I could say the service is fast considering the amount of people working. That being said, I never had anything from the salon, but used drive-thru in a couple of occasions. There's always a line of about 4 to 5 cars to order. It's never less than a good 20min until we have the food.
All the tables had debris on them and the floor was cluttered with straw wrappers, fries, etc., And tables needed wired down. At one point I noticed an employee come out to wipe down tables. I noticed all he had was one wipe cloth to wipe down all the tables and seats with no bottle of cleaner with him. Basically he wiped everything from one table to the next and knocked the crumbs off onto the floor.
Hmmm 🤔. Not sure if that qualified is cleaning properly.
Whoever the manager is of this McDonald’s deserves a raise. I’ve seen them busy a bunch of times but today was the busiest by far over the course of 5 years living here. He handled the chaos like a champ. He’s always so efficient and the man doesn’t get enough credit.
