I don't think I've ever had a really bad experience at any Wendy's. Everyone from the person taking orders to the one working the drive thru window was polite and kind. The only thing I wasn't too crazy about is the queso fries. They were just a little spicier than I expected. My BF loved them though!
Busy time during a busy season. Food was good service lacked a little but again they were busy.
Wendy's has such great deals and the staff is so patient and helpful. Easy to feed a family of 6 fairly cheap and the food is sooo good
They were Hammered With Cars bumper to bumper All Day and still running STRONG after 9pm!
Service was epic if ya ask me. Wasnt a long wait. Food was OnPoint!!

I had the cranberry walnut salad it was fresh and delicious but way to much food for me.
Usually pretty good worth the $5 bundle deal at least

They were busy when we went but the food was good. We got our food in a timely manner. Just wish we didn't have to wipe off the table ourselves. All of them needed cleaned up along with the seats.
Great Job. Long line at the drive thru today. I was #8 and still out in under 5 minutes........

Excellent customer service. The drive thru speakers aren't always working well, but the staff is exceptional. They will bring your order to your table if you dine in, and management always finds the most money savings ways to input your order. Food is always fresh, and always accurate.
I never go here because I honestly forget we have one unless I have a need for a frosty...Honestly though your chicken is pretty great and you have my favorite ranch. Your employees always look angry but I've also worked with the public so I get it.

I do not normally leave good reviews when I was treaded so badly...
However, I believe the GM went above and beyond for us.
I had a bad order that needed to be addressed.
Soon after we left Wendy's, I noticed the order was not right.
I called to complain and was told that I could return next time and the order would be replaced.
That's not what happened... Two days later, my family and I came back for the replacement order.
As we spoke to the drive thru employee, she contacted the manager to confirm the replacement. The manager was extremely rude and called me a "food thief"... She literally accused me of trying to con Wendy's out of food. Frustrated by the accusation, I decided to leave so others could order and go find proof of my purchase. I located the transaction receipt and called back to notify the manager that I had found the receipt and would be returning to get the replacement meal.
The manager hung up on me, not once, or twice... But THREE times!
Baffled by the managers actions, I called the next morning to speak with the GM.
The GM (Brandy) was very sympathetic and shocked that her manager had handled the situation in such a manner. Brandy gave us 8 free meals and made sure they were put together with care!
Than taking it a step further, Brandy gave the manager a refresher course on Customer Service.
I have been back many times since than and have not had one problem with the manager... Thank you Brandy!

Frankly, I don't really care much for food from Wendy's. The taste of their burgers just doesn't appeal to me, personally. I haven't tried the fries or chilli. However, I'm writing this review to say that the ice cream (Frosty) is great. I've never been to another place, chain or not, that fills your cup ALL the way to the top with soft serve. They definitely don't skimp on portions. Also, it's really cheap. A little over 1$ I believe for a 12oz cup of soft serve. I prefer the chocolate over the vanilla, however both are great options. The chocolate is not an overwhelming taste, it's more like half chocolate half vanilla. The workers here are very friendly and attentive, although occasionally one of them will get that dazed over look as they try to focus on too much at once. Inside of the restaurant is always clean and inviting, and most importantly they actually run the A/C during the summer. It may actually seem a bit cold to some people, however I love going in there to sit down in a nice, cold building while I eat a freezing cold Frosty. Perfect summer treat. If you love getting soft serve at a great price, go here. Now!
