Amazing food, excellent staff, and great atmosphere. This is a place for all ages and great prices. The burger was amazing, and there were endless fries, which made the experience even better.

Very welcoming place with friendly staff, waitress Josalynn was very nice and attentive, the food was fantastic especially being my first time going, the bathroom was clean and over all it was just a awesome place to be, highly recommend to anyone passing through or in the area
Ordered burger well done due to pregnancy (got a burger with pink in middle). Ordered another burger gluten free but they put the well done pattie in this burger instead! Very disappointed!

We have had red Robin before in buffalo ny. So we figured we would try this one. We went in got sat down right away (which is unusual because there's 5 of us). The drinks and food were great as usual and the staff were very friendly.
The only reason it didn't get 5s all across is that it isn't a 5-star restaurant. So I'm conflicted. Should I give it all 5s as itf it were a fancy gourmet restaurant (when it isn't) or just tell you that it was great for a good meal and a fun time. Our waitress Sarah was awesome! My chef salad was great. Endless french fries are a great danger!
Seated quickly, drinks and appetizers were out in a timely manner.
Main course followed before I was finished with a side salad and staff checked in almost routinely for anything needed.

Delicious juicy burgers cooked to however you like. I ordered mine medium well and it was perfect. Juicy delicous, oh and if you cant tell by the name the monster is an absolute behemoth but so worth it , just know if your ordering it you may not need food for the rest of the day. XD. Good stuff.

The burgers are excellent but this time I got the crispy chicken wrap. It was excellent. The food is a 5 but it's expensive (like any place) so the price made it lose a star. It's a great place though!
I know it’s a chain restaurant, but it’s a favorite of our family. The Red Tavern Double is a super value at $9 with bottomless fries. We also think the Donato’s pepperoni pizza is one of the best around.
I decided to dine in at Red Robin as a single guest, and sat in the bar area. I stopped during the peak lunch hour, and even though the restaurant was busy, the orders were delivered fast to my table and surrounding tables. I noticed the waiter would take the order, and there were several runners delivering food to the tables which is a good technique during peak hours. The food was hot and flavorful. I decided to try one of the milkshakes as a dessert, and I am glad I did. For the amount you pay, you receive a great amount. I had so much, I had to take some to go. The waiter ensured I had extra fries and water without even having to ask. I would look up, and a runner was delivering the items to the table. Overall, the dining experience was outstanding. I would highly recommend the Cranberry Location as the service alone is worth experiencing.
This was our first time at a Red Robin. We see the commercials all the time but dont have one where we live and decided to try. This location looked fairly new. Has plenty of parking although its confusing as to which is the entrance/front door when coming into parking lot. We arrived 10 minutes after they opened. Staff was friendly. Fries are the best, we ordered burgers, photos of the Texan 6.99 burger w/no onions. Looks good but was dry and not the best burger especially since everything else on the menu is so expensive. Our youngest immediately went to playing the game on those machines they have on the tables to pay now and once I asked for the bill, waitress tells me its 1.99 to play and we had been charged. That would of been something to tell me before not after you ring up my check. I wouldn't of let my son play if I knew would cost me $2. She lost an extra $2 tip this day.
The best Crispy Chicken Wrap I have ever had. The sandwich, fries and shake were delicious. I can tell they actually take the time to prepare the food right.
Stopped for a quick lunch while traveling through the area. Food was great. Entire staff was outstanding, especially our waitress Bethany. This will be our meal stop from now on when passing through.
