This Zaxby was not busy when I dined in. They served the food extremely fast, but no food quality was lacking. The restroom was very clean as was the dining area. Their service was spot on without any errors. My only critique is that the toast had a strange taste to it, but that is a minor issue.
We love this Zaxby’s! It’s the best one we have been to! My ONLY complaint is the restaurant has been so hot within these last few days. It’s been hard to actually enjoy our meal. Otherwise, great food & great customer service! The Defuniak Springs location should take notes on the food and service Crestview provides!

First time. Chicken fingers cooked perfectl. Zack’s sauce good to. Friendly workers. Diet Dr Pepper for those kind of people. Yum
They got some really good chicken tenders and fried mushrooms. Onion rings r pretty good as well. The chicken, as well as the other fried sides too actually, sometimes is not as crispy as you would expect or want from a fried chicken joint. But places have their off days I guess so I'm not gonna hold that against them. My sister mentioned the Cole slaw being bland. I didn't try it myself but she loves Cole slaw so I'll take her word on it. The chicken looked great though. The fries didn't even really look visually crispy though I'm afraid. Maybe a bigger vent hole on the the take out trays will help avoid this from happening with food getting soggy and losing its crisp.
The chicken was good. The bread was hard and cold, but the chicken was really good. Fast friendly service. The fries were seasoned to perfection.
The food was excellent, and the staff was gracious and amiable. The store was tidy and well-kept.
Delicious Zensation Salad (enough for a couple of meals) and the Veggie Egg Roll is a nice touch.
Extra charge for additional Dressing though (which is why one less star given food quality)
A little difficult to get out of parking lot/drive through lanes into traffic.
Place is quite clean inside and outside.
