This restaurant is located in the Publix shopping Plaza on South Ferdon St. and is open from 10am to 5pm. The restaurant is clean, the food was fresh and hot and the staff was friendly and professional.
Always been one of my favorite sandwich shops. Consistently good food and good service. They even helped me out once by selling me a side of grilled chicken when my girl's $18.00 salad from a fancy sit-down place came without the chicken.
Everyone there was super friendly and nice!! I wish I caught the name of the red head girl that was working there today but she was especially nice and went out of her way to help us out!
Even later in the evening, sub sandwiches are fresh, the location has clean tables and the staff is very good about timely service, keeping up with their responsibilities and also prepping for the next day.

Yay! I just found out Firehouse has gluten free buns! Now I can eat all their wonderful sandwiches! Had an Engineer today. Sure, GF bread isn't near as good as the real thing, but I'll take what I can get. It's always good to see more GF options.
I frequent this establishment at least twice a month or more depending on the mood. Much better than their competition imo. I love that you get as many pickle spears as you like. That is a great complementary service! Staff is usually friendly also
Ordered on the app and within minutes of placing order got a call that they were out of meat balls. Since we had ordered three of them, it was an issue. We ordered substitutes and they took care of us. We go to Firehouse at least every two weeks and very seldom have a complaint.
