Food was normal, fresh and hot. Service was nonexistent. I didn't feel like using the kiosk, so I went to the counter to place my order. 5 employees looked at me at least a dozen times and shuffled off to do other things. I waited 11 minutes before one of them, literally sighed and came over as said. How can I help you? I said I would like to place my order? She said, OH, Okay let me find someone for you. I waited another 6 minutes before someone came over. I was the only customer in the building. Unbelievable.
This place is always busy and the drive thru always takes so long to get through but, I won’t rate them on that because they can’t help that McDonalds is loved by so many. Every time I get the crispy chicken biscuit from this specific location, it’s always a 10/10! The chicken is crispy, the biscuit is flaky and buttery. And when I add honey - lord help me the breakfast sandwich is complete. Love the breakfast at this location!
Took my daughter here and as soon as we walked in we were greeted with a friendly, "Hello there!" Though its raining outside; the young gentleman's greeting made a typical McDonald's visit a cheeful place to be. Great job young man, you are a ray of sunshine!
No wait. Friendly service. The counter person even brought my food to the table.
My husband and I were having lunch during a busy time. The dinning room was full. The team remained friendly and what seemed to be accurate because no one complained about their orders. After the chaos was settled. I heard the GM - Ms Lyn, thank her crew and tell them what a great job they were doing and how she appreciated them.I truly believe it is that kind of leadership that keeps a team working well! Amazing Ms Lyn!

Went through drive thru, the young lady was very nice!! The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because we ordered cheese and bacon on a McChicken well you know to add that cost almost as much as the sandwich alone, but any how it was one little strip of bacon and a cold piece of cheese just thrown on there come on how long does it take to at least warm the sandwich? Especially when you pay 1.59 for one piece of bacon and cheese? Still good just make it right next time.
I brought Jamie and nolan here to McDonald's a veteran employee from windixie gave nolan 5 dollars for a happy meal.
McDonald's on N Ferdon in Crestview is the best. Drive thru service is incredibly fast, the food is always good, and they always get my order right! 👍
It’s always pretty fast service here whenever I come. Even when the drive thru is wrapped around the building it still seems to go pretty fast. My food for the most part is always right and hot. I drive home from there so fries get colder but they were hot when they were out in the bag so that’s what counts!
My truck broke down and was waiting on a tow truck! Me and my friend where starving she allowed us to order food from the drive through line on foot. She was super and very friendly definitely deserves a lot of praise for her kindness! Best experience I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s! 5 stars!!
