This is a nice formal dining restaurant with a quiet cozy ambiance. Almost everything on the menu is worth trying, the staff is quite helpful with food selection too. Portions are sizeable and hard to finish. Recommend!
Nice Atmosphere!. Have gone a few times to this relatively new restaurant and have not been disappointed. Food is great and the service is outstanding. Check out review in the NY Times which gives a good recommendation.

Absolutely delicious.. Great service. Prices are a bit high, but well worth it. Food and service sure made up for that. Visiting from South Carolina. Will definetly be back on my next trip.

We went with another couple this time so there were more items ordered. I had the Mimosa Salad again and also repeated my entree having the Parledelle Bosca with Mushrooms. Hubby had a special, which included Filet Mignon, Lobster Tails and Prawns. Our friends had a Snapper special and Crab cakes. Everyone loved the food. The only thing we noticed is that those who had the Calamari and the salads felt like they tasted a little too much salt. We believe the salads may have been that way due to the strong cheeses in them.
The service was very good as usual. Jason seems to be the head waiter. He loves what he does and knows so much about the food and the drinks. He is very accommodating and wants everyone to be happy. He has an over the top personality which can be fun, but for some may be a little too much. All worth the visit. We will go again. 😃
Just came back from a trip to Roma, Italia, where I had the best pasta Carbonara. After returning home, I had a craving, and visited Fino and ordered their Carbonara and it was so good! Pasta was al dente, and the sauce was perfect. Highly recommend this restaurant.
This place is absolutely fantastic and I have been at least 8 times over the last 3 months. I am so particular when it comes to Italian food, especially sauce. I really rarely order it at Italian restaurants, but because I have had great meals here, I decided to try. Unreal....I literally have had nothing bad here, nothing. Add to it, the staff and owners are so nice. They know how to run a restaurant. It may be my favorite Italian restaurant ever and I am 53. I will always go here , even if I move out of Croton. A true gem!
The food here is incredible and the staff is incredibly friendly! The atmosphere is really calming, and our food came really fast. 100% recommend!
The best chicken parm. we ever tasted, waiters were fantastic and the mixed drinks were superb. Will be coming back again for sure.
We have lived around here for 20 years and never knew of this place. My wife found it by chance.....we have been missing out. Our party of eight (adults, teens and kids) really enjoyed our meals. Great service. We will definitely be returning.
This is a very popular location for family gatherings and many patrons seem to be regulars.
The service and attention were amazing but turn around time from order to items- on- the- table was slow. The drinks were good but the water service was slow.
The appetizers came quickly and then there was a long lag time. Given the popularity and the holiday parties- the food came to table warm and not hot, which was a bit disappointing.
The cappuccinos were great- the desserts were average.
The restaurant might not be at its finest because of the crowded Easter Sunday...consider trying this Italian restaurant from a family gathering, as the staff did not rush the patrons out to make room for the next party.

"All time" favorite was Capri II in Peekskill NY where Luciano and his wife prepared the finest Italian foods for the local inhabitants for many years. Now, their son Luigi is one of the cooks at Fino in Croton-on-Hudson and he is just about the best Chef in the lower Hudson area. Fine food and even better people. Fair prices and extremely comfortable surroundings.
Jason is most often our waiter and the guy is full of character and makes you feel like family. Go there if you want to feel like your wanted and appreciated.
The combination of excellent food and extremely friendly people makes this one of my favorite places to eat. Fino instantly feels like your favorite family Italian restaurant.
Dined with a huge (14?) group this past weekend and the owner and staff handled us as beautifully as if we were a normal size group. The food was spectacular - I enjoyed chicken Valdostana and my husband had the Carbonara. Both delicious. Try the creme brulee. Rarely have I enjoyed it prepared this well, but Fino knows how to do it.
Wonderful venue for party. Our granddaughter’s 1st Communion was held there on 5/6. The food and service was excellent.

Our waiter had a list of like a dozen specials that he delivered perfectly while also explaining what the fancy Italian names mean.
Only criticism was one of our beers was expired on bottle. I am sure it was an innocent mistake caused by a shut down and lower diner volumes. Tasted fine only noticed after seeing this at other restaurants.
Overall great experience id recommend going.
Excellent food in a nice atmosphere. I had a take on shrimp scampi with an anchovy sauce that was pretty tasty and unique. Cocktails are tasty and creative. Not cheap but not overpriced either. Definitely worth the cost.
