One of my favorite coffee shops! The staffs are so nice and friendly. I love their Nutella latte coffee. So good. I’ve been trying some of their pantry but I haven’t decided my favorite yet. Overall, everything is great! The design in the store, the staffs, the location in little cute town. Amazing!
Awesome coffee shop! Grounds serves a variety of tea and coffee beverages in addition to cute seasonal drinks. I love their chai latte served both cold and hot. Staff is always friendly and welcoming. Lots of seating to sit down and chat with friends. I do wish they were open later!Such a cute place

I live in Crystal Lake and can’t believe today was my first time trying Ground Coffee Shop. Amazing. I tried the thin mint iced latte (seasonal drink) and it was amazing. For those complaining about the price…..it’s no more than your Starbucks drinks AND you’re contributing to a local shop. Staf
Great atmosphere! I love what they've done in the new location; it feels much cozier but still airy and fresh. Nice selection of baked goods to go along with lovely coffee and tea, and the outdoor seating is perfect for fall days. The honey bee latte was yummy and I plan to visit again soon 😋
I love their coffee and the place itself is very modern, clean and cozy. My only issue was I got the raspberry pastry and it was stone cold, like straight from refrigerator... certainly not fresh (no wonder I was asked if I want it warmed up)
Great coffee, nice sandwiches and treats, and relaxing atmosphere.
Unlike many coffee shops, the coffee doesn't come out boiling hot and is drinkable right away. Their iced drinks are also very delicious. They change and vary their seasonal drinks very often which all are delicious and unique.

Definitively a good and peace place to go. I found this place from my Airbnb host’s recommendation during my week stay. Pretty busy during the morning on weekdays. And if you need to stay for work, be prepared to arrive early even though there are enough spots for people. Nice neighborhood spot for
