I'm an avid coffee drinker and Dunkin fan have always had decent experiences when going to this location. They have never gotten an order wrong and staff is always nice, however, the hours posted online and on the door are wrong. On 4 different occasions now, during the week and on the weekend I've

Ordered $13 of breakfast to sit and enjoy until one worker had locked both restrooms then said they were "both out of order" but had no signage. Not sure where she was going to the bathroom then. Was going to order sandwiches to take to the whole family but left for another store instead.

The past 4 times in the last month there has been "issues", they either didn't have something for my drink and couldn't make it, forgot to add in the espresso shot I paid the extra $ for, or like today, took 10 minutes to make my drink plus forgot the espresso shot. I came to this location on January 30th at 6:10pm ish and waited at the counter for 5 minutes and no one helped me. There was a woman behind the counter in the back with headphones on who I stood and stared at for awhile and she never saw me. I left, which sucked because I only wanted a coffee

The last two times I have tried going here, they have been closed even though their open sign was lit up and I was there when their posted hours said they should be open (I was there at 4pm and their happy hour wasn't supposed to end until 6).

This is the SLOWEST Dunkin I have ever been too. Sent an on the go order for two iced coffees and they didn't finish making them for 20minutes... Absolutely ridiculous.
