This McDonald's has good employees that always treat you with respect and with a smile on there face. Joseph went out of his way to make sure I had the best experience. McDonald's needs more employees like Joseph!!!! I hope your management takes this into account.
Above-average McDonald's. Very fast drive-thru service. This morning they opened the lobby early when they saw me try the door.
It is the same as you could expect from a fast food restaurant. Food is bad for the body, but yummy for the good, brief happy feelings. But all in all, leaves the body aching with complaints and regret.
The workers are okay. Not anything spectacular. 8/10 for cleanliness. Not bad.
But overall a 4/5

Just went through the drive thru trying to use my Free Big Mac promotion card which I got from this location. You can get one free Big Mac every week for a year! The Big Mac week starts on a Wednesday and you can get a Big Mac that week through the next Wed. I had a punch open for the week of 10/31 meaning I could get it stamped today still and have the punch be on that week. They punched for both weeks and told me I missed a week? Both the week of 10/31 and 11/7. I was like "I didn't miss a week how come you punched both?". They said I missed a week...They being both the employee and manager on duty. Why give out a free promotion card if you don't even want to honor it? Worst customer service I have ever experienced at a McDonald's! I'm also a paying customer 2-3 other days through out the week. The staff here is clueless! So when do I come in for my next free Big Mac for 11/14? Before that date or after for that week?
Update: 2/24 The Service at this McDonald's seems to be way better at night. The manager and drive thru cashier are super nice and professional. The service may not be as fast, but the food is always fresh :)
