This place was pretty good as far as food and environment. The staff was small but friendly. The building was old and has unique history. The food met my expectations and makes me want to go back. The service was friendly and took care of my family and I. The only draw back is that it took awhile to get the food. There were only a few other customers while we were there but for a BBQ place where the food has already been cooking for hours should be able to push food out of the kitchen pretty quick. But I will say I would wait again and again for it because it was that good. Make sure to try the cornbread.

Literally the best pulled pork sandwich I have ever had. It's both a shame and a blessing I'm visiting Culpeper, Virginia for such a short time knowing I had the best lunch I could've had but won't be able to have this again for a while. Staff was very accommodating, friendly, and I couldn't possibly recommend this enough for anyone else passing through Culpeper. Can't go wrong with the pulled pork sandwich!!

Brisket sandwich was awesome! The fries were perfect. Make sure you get some ranch, whatever they put in it is magical. Staff was friendly and food was promptly served. We will definitely be back!
