Terrible service. Got there for order and wasn't even started. Had a crew of culpepers finest and they completely looked over me after telling me order wasn't started and fixed sandwiches for the entire police department that was dining in and I had to unassign a delivery. I get paid by delivery not
Food was too salty, trashcans were overflowing, bathrooms and tables hadn't been cleaned. Didn't even finish my wrap before I lost my appetite.
Last two times I've gone there they didn't have chicken and cheese another time. Not one to complain but at least a sign or something would have been nice. Still got my kids food since there's were already made and had to go somewhere else for me. Small inconvenience but Google asked for my opinion
The staff was very friendly and attentive to our requests. I appreciated the great customer experience that doesn’t seem to be so common anymore.
The employees are friendly and professional. My daughter loves subway so I go there at least twice a week. I am so impressed that I don't even have to say what I want. I left the Subway at Dominion Square, because the young lady that opened the store arrived after 8:00, and told us it would be 20 minutes before they would be ready.
I arrived at the Subway at Southgate and found that they were not only open, but the gentleman was in uniform, polite, and assisting
