I must say, that this Pollo Loco location has the best customer service ever! Courtesy with a bright smile! They even take your order to the table, return your coupons so customers can keep coming back..........plus it's CLEAN, nice interior & exterior design with umbrellas in they're patio!

I LOVE this El Pollo Loco! The staff are always very friendly and attentive and the food is great every time I eat here. In Birmingham, AL we had an El Pollo Loco but I never tried it and now I know that I was missing out! My favorite I get each time is the pollo bowl. It has the perfect amount of chicken, beans, and rice with spices it is truly delicious.
I'm only giving it a 4 because their Birria caldo taste like water, no flavor at all. But overall staff is pretty friendly a d their food is good. Please stick with chicken only.
If you're from out of town and you haven't been here you are missing out. Hands down the best fast food that exists. Not to mention it's a hundred times healthier than any other fast food place. Nothing on the menu is bad.
