Not sure why people say bad things about this place but service was amazing and the food was excellent.

I left my credit card here and called in to go back and get it. First the service is really slow and weak here.. Everyone looks frustrated and tired of it. They made mistakes on orders and just said "okay" to a customer, versus "sorry". After I asked for my card she said she didn't know where it was
I like this Wendy's but it was crowded and the line slow. So I didn't stay to order after 10 minutes. Priority seemed more on the drive through than walkins.
Wendy’s is always pretty amazing. There aren’t too many of them in West LA, so when I choose to indulge, this is the nearest location. The staff is very friendly and the food is as good at any other Wendy’s. My only issue here is that the dining room felt weird. There were no pictures on the walls,
Food is good and orders are usually correct but my god the drive thru line moves like a slug, unacceptable
I generally go to Wendy's to get one of their salads, the location that I went to in Culver City did not have the popper salad which I'm very fond of so I'll have to get one in my own neighborhood next time.
I had my meal delivered from Door Dash I ordered 2 large cups of chili and 2 baked potatoes which was some what warm but my potatoes were very over cooked. The chili was ok, hope you do better.
I gave them 2 stars for great customer service, however the place smells so bad. The moment i opened the door I was trying to figure our why the place stunck so badly when the place is suppose to smell food like burgers, fries and so on. My order was served promtly but i had decided to take it back
