I no longer drink soda & I'm obsessed with their tea! It's always so fresh unlike the malls which I find to be stale most times. Their ice is the best too. The food is always hot & fresh and no matter how long the line is they get you thru fast
I went there one day and the girl Stacey at the window was so polite and helpful. Love this place even though it was packed it didn't take long to get our food
Love this place!! Counter people are always polite and attentive...you never have to wait..they always have it together..the kids playroom is exactly the right size..no hassles...keep up the great work!
They are always so courteous, have a smile and treat you like they have known you there whole life. Very clean, fast service and just love the atmosphere there. I recommend it to everyone!!! :)♡
I ordered a small chicken strip tray for my released time class party. I also ordered a sandwich to eat while I waited. The clerk was pleasant and talked while we waited for the sandwich, gave me all the extras for the tray. When the sandwich was ready, she said she would bring the tray to me when it was done which she did. It was very efficient and helpful.
I ordered a nugget tray for birthday party and it was AWESOME! I eat there probably 3 to 4 times a week. Love the food....love the service! They know how to move a line also! It's worth the wait even if it's a little busy!

This is honestly the best chick fil a I've ever been too!!! In our town we ask for condiments and they never give us enough and this chick fil a HOOKED US UP and the food was great! So glad we traveled and decided to stop by �
This Chick-fil-A is the standard of excellence in my book! Good is always great and the service is always excellent. Great family nights, a hangout for locals. The owner, Don Ward, is a true and trusted friend of the community.
They are always very friendly and quick to wait on people I usually never get my order wrong or cold they do a good job !
First time I eat Chick-fil-A and it was really interesting the taste of the chicken has and the honey BBQ sauce are soooo good ! The staff are super lovely that's awesome ☺️

There is really nothing to say. For fast food this is by far the best place in Cumberland. The people care, are courteous, and do an amazing job working together to promote efficiency to a huge customer base. Major props! Haven't had a bad experience yet here.
We ordered four nugget trays and seven gallons of sweet tea. Well of course we were over two hours late picking up. But they called us twice to ensure we were still coming. (I loved being called for the reminder.) We were late due to a gentleman rear ending us. We arrive and encounter Taya. Well let me just say are bad day was forgotten really quick. She went above and beyond!! We can’t thank you enough Taya. I know we tipped you. But we just want your owner to be aware of what a true gem he has working there.
Service was quick and the woman cleaning tables made fun conversation with my daughters, came back over with a dozen stickers for the girls.
Had an awesome experience at this Chick-fil-A! Lisa was very welcoming and besides taking our order, she check back with us several times thought the visit to ensure everything was great! She seemed to know when drinks were low and offered to refill them. We thought this was a brand new building, but she said it was remodeled. WOW it looked and functioned great! We loved that we could dine-in (cannot do that in Maryland). Overall, this will be our favorite spot to stop for lunch from now on during our drives to Ohio. Thanks Lisa!!
