We went the other night for dinner with my sister and I had the special to lay in sea bass which I switched when I heard the special was Chilean sea . It was excellent I wish I could have eaten it all but it was a bigger piece of fish then you know you normally get other places was excellent. My sister had the lobster ravioli which she also loved and we sat at the bar and got just as great as Service as we would have let the table I had never been there but my sister loves the place! So I think it is definitely worth a shot to go in there I think you will be pleasantly surprised.

I ordered to go before and this time we decided to dine in. Terrible! The server was terrible with an attitude and the food was terrible. The roasted potatoes were reheated and burnt out. When I mentioned this to the server, he just said " don't eat them if you don't like them". The plates should not made to the table. Then, to check out took forever. This was on a Tuesday night when they are not too busy. Only 3 tables were occupied.

Overall, it was just okay. The server was friendly, but the food took a very long time to come out, both appetizers and main dishes. It wasn't very busy in the restaurant at the time, but perhaps they had a backup of pickup orders? When it arrived the food (unfortunately) was mediocre. The fettuccine Alfredo had, and I do not say this lightly, the blandest sauce I have ever tasted. It was almost entirely flavorless, and the small hint of flavor was not good. My date and I were both disappointed, but we'd waited so long for our food that it wasn't worth the time investment to send it back. Definitely a bit pricey for what we had; I think there are much better alternatives in the area.

Love this place! Great drinks and Italian food is some of the best I’ve eaten - great to support local business- especially when it’s this good! Great for that special dinner to celebrate!

My first time there...
Very clean and wonderfully romantic atmosphere. Service was phenomenal, our server Cindy was superb!! Appetizer was great, (we had the arancini), I had the chicken marsala and my girlfriend had the chicken piccata. We topped it all off with their creme brulee. Highly recommended!!

I have been a customer since they opened. We have eaten inside and ordered out many times over the years with minimal issues even with the change of ownership and the impact of covid. Lately we have had issues with ordering out. Yesterday I had enough of their service. I called 2 times only to get vmail. Calling the 3rd time the hostess put me on hold. I held for 15 minutes 😪 and decided to hang up and try again. I tried calling back again (7 times) only to reach vmail. I am done with them. I went to another Italian restaurant.

Great place, delicious food. Do a reservation for dinner for better seating. The food it's amazing, price it's good. The fillet mignon it's amazing. Deserts are delicious, you can see from the pictures. Small place with great flavor 👍 They have specials that it's not at the menu, and still delicious.

EXCEPTIONAL !. This quickly became our favorite local restauant and first choice for dining out! We have never had any meal that wasn't outstanding, our wait-staff is always pleasant, courteous and helpful, and the management goes to extraordinary lengths to be sure everyone is being treated well. Since we know our evening will be a success, we never hesitate to bring family and friends. We are very grateful this place is nearby!

A pleasant dinner surprise in Ducktown!. The chicken picatta was very well presented and very tasty. The service was spot on and the atmosphere is very relaxed.

Friday night dinner. Superb taste, great Italian quality. Love the bruschetta, olive tapenade, salmon with lemon and dill, and lemoncello cheesecake. Yummy. And, the fiteball whiskey!

Amazing food and service!. Venti is close to home and we were pleasantly surprised with the service and the food on a random Wednesday night. From the minute we walked in the door till we left the service was amazing and our food from apps to main course were delicious! Can't wait to take my husband back for a date night!

The REAL DEAL Italian!. We have lived in this area for 14 years and being part italian myself, been searching for some authentic Italian...FOUND IT! Fresh and authentic marinara sauce, fresh, homemade ravioli, great salad dressing, generous bread and oil/herb dip. I was so impressed. I asked to mer the manager (Liz) and I was gushing with compliments . I had a terrific waiter named Dan and the cute hostess CHris could not have made us feel more at home. The place is clean and has good parking, a nice big patio...but the pollen count was crazy on Tuesday. They could have a flower plant inside the restaurant to warm it up a bit, but since I can't eat the flowers, it did not matter as long as the food was wonderful and the place was super clean! Enjoy this find!

Super. I have worked in Cumming for a number of years and have often traveled to the I-75 along the Ga20, passing this wonderful looking restaurant, but never being able to stop and check it out, we'll now I have, it's super.<br/>I took my wife and a couple of friends for dinner, everything was excellent.<br/>Service, wine food, a return is a must, We all enjoyed a great time.<br/>The Martini's are a must.

They are the greatest!. Elizabeth and Venti's are the greatest. We are so fortunate to have this fine Italian restaurant so close to our house. Their dining room is so comfortable and enjoyable that we love to go out. And the takeout is superb. Fresh salads, delicious pasta dishes, and great pizza pies. We love Venti's.

Food great - Could use a few tweeks. Went for a long overdue date night - and were looking forward to a nice, quiet, maybe a little romantic dinner, close to home. Considering the reviews and having passed by so many times, i thought it would work well.<br/><br/>And I have to say the food was exceptional - We started with the Bruchetta Appetizer - YUM...best i've ever had!! I had the Groper with mashed potatoes and greenbeans (best mashed potatoes) - Hubby had the Chicken Marsala which he liked a lot (though thought sauce could have been a bit thicker). We spurged on dessert - I had "La Bomba" - Mango sherbert with white chocolate - YUM! and hubby loved the Cannoli's - so...GREAT MEAL! Thank You!<br/><br/>We probably would not do "date night" there again though. I felt the room was too loud - between the music playing (which was way too "poppy" for the atmosphere and loud) and the closeness of the tables - it just wasn't what we were looking for. Though the decor is lovely. Also..the servers, staff were congregated around the bar area chatting - adding to the noise...that was a bit unprofessional.<br/><br/>With that said - a few tweeks (better, softer music...maybe plants, or screens, or something to absorb noise) and it would be perfect for us.<br/><br/>Again...LOVED the food - it was a nice dinner (we spent over $80) cheers to the chef! We will definitely take friends to Venti - just not date night.

Excellent, real Italian food. My husband and I dined here for our anniversary. We'd only driven past but thought we'd give it a try. I'm so pleased we made the trip out there. Our entire meal from being greeted at the door, to drinks up to dessert was a wonderful experience. I ordered a lemon drop martini before dinner that was just sweet enough & perfectly chilled. I order a wedge salad (wedge lettuce, bacon, bleu cheese crumbles & one of the best ranch dressings I've ever had). My husband order a caprese salad & the waiter poured on the balsamic vindgar & oil at the table. The mozzarella was incredibly creamy. Pasta or seafood entrees come with an olive tapenade that was wonderfully flavored but almost too filling. I order the fettucini with veal & pork tomato meat sauce and my husband got the linguini with shrimp, asparagus and light cream sauce. We stuffed ourselves but it was just so good! For dessert, they brought us a creme brulee on the house to celebrate our anniversary. The wine list by the bottle was extensive for a restaurant this size, but they only offered 6 wines by the glass. <br/>I can't wait to return!

OK I surrender. I have a big problem with Venti - I can't quit eating there. I have been there over six times and each time the food was good and the service was wonderful. It has now become an almost every Friday night dinner place for my wife and I. I have tried many things on the menu and all are just perfect. OK I admit it, I am kind of a loyal patron to a place that is consistent in product and service and this place is it for me. The menu is not gargantuan but just the right size for a cozy little Bistro and I hope they keep it that way..

Mr. Gary Smith. I have to say that "Venti" is THE BEST Italian restaurant I have been to (Cumming/Freehome, GA). The food is great, and the customer service is ten times better. My wife commented "Do you even know who our server is," not because of the lack of service, but it seemed like the entire restaurant was catering to us. Even the kitchen staff came out and checked on us. These guys really cared if we were happy and pleased. The manager followed us out into the parking lot to thank us for our patronage. Who does that?! These guys are great! I HIGHLY recommend them to everyone who loves good food and service! This was an amazing experience and great choice for dinner tonight.

So Good!. I went recently for the first time with my family, for my daddy's b-day. The waitress was very kind (Service is very important for me)<br/>We had the filled mushrooms, very good by the way; and we had the tortellini, ravioli and Fiorentina Chicken! I must say that the food has a very homemade flavor, and does not taste like causual dinning italian restaurant. The price is reasonable. So I guess i will be going back to try more of their stuff! Oh I forgot to say that the gave us a Creme Brulle - Cortesia della Casa, mmm yummy!

Have been coming here for the last few years. Never had a bad experience. Service is fantastic food is always superb. The calamari is the best along with the bread appetizer. Don't forget to try the pizza, amazing!

Will never go back.... When we first walked in the door, it took the waitress 10 minutes to greet our table. <br/><br/>Once we finally ordered, the food came out in a reasonable amount of time. I ordered the "special" ricotta & spinach ravoli. After eating two ravoli's, I finally realized it had a freezer burnt taste to it. The assistant waiter asked me if it everything was alrignt and took my plate to the kitchen. <br/><br/>The "manager" came to the table and told me that they would address the problem with the chef. I was really dissappointed that he blamed everything on the kitchen. He offered to buy us dessert, but we declined. Never once offered to take my $12 ravoli off of the ticket...and I only ate 2. We had frequented this restaurant monthly and generally spend around $100 each visit between the two of us. He just kept bringing up free desert...we didn't want desert, just the meal deducted off the ticket. <br/><br/>We used to like this place, but were shocked to find out that they bring most of their foods in frozen. It felt like were on an episode of Gordon Ramsey's Nightmare Kitchen's. We will never return especially since we learned that they bring in frozen foods and don't make everything fresh daily...!

Real Italian and Good Value. If you want incredible Italian food from a real Italian (as oppsed to a wannabe working from a cookbook or a corporate chain guide) at a great price, this is the spot!!!<br/><br/>The chicken parmagiana will blow away any dish you have ever had in the area. Great high quality salads, too And the inside decor makeover from what was a previous dumpy, hot and humid restaurant is remarkable.<br/><br/>And don't be fooled on how popular this place is. It is packed on every weekened and many weeknights, too. I talk to many who say they drive by and it looks closed and no one is there. That is true on afternoons--this is a restaurant that is only open for dinner--no lunch-and only 6 days a week. While the owner delivers great food he is not smart enough to have better signage perpendicular to the road to tell drivebys his hours of operation, especially when everyone expects a restaurant to be normally open lunch and dinner. He doesn't realize that empty lot duriing the day whenh he is closed makes it look like there is no customers.

The food is incredibly fresh. Crisp greens, fresh seafood. I had the crab cakes, a special, and they were excellent. This is a great find out on Hwy 20. Venti's is a different kind of Italian restaurant for Cumming and I highly recommend it.

Sooo delicious. I just love love love this restaurant. The owner has another location which is called Zola. Food is so fresh, restaurant is super clean. Great reasonably priced wine menu. Just all around awesome!!!
