The Customer Service is good…. But A cold pumpkin loaf and chai tea latte is a no. In addition place larger orders so you’re not constantly running out of items. The price is to high to feel your money is wasted.

I drive-thru here for coffee a couple times a week. Food & drinks are consistently well-made. Staff have always been friendly to me. Pre-Covid, I used to go inside as well. Came in today and ordered a caramel latte (no foam, extra hot) and 1 old fashioned donut. There was foam in my latte and the cup was not filled up.
