The food was fresh and tasty.
I asked for light ice in my drink, but it was full of ice.
I didn’t get a receipt back with my card so I thought it was in the bag. Nope no receipt given. I didn’t get an option for dipping sauce it was just placed inside my food, which I think is very unsanitary.

Ordered a Cobb salad... got home and this is what it looks like. .. it’s all disheveled and missing eggs. Quality Control sure needs restructuring! This isn’t even the second time I’ve had issues with this specific location... each time I’m thinking it’ll get better. Hasn’t yet.. been 2 years

Is there a seasoning shortage? Because everytime I ask, they make sure to not put any seasoning on the fries, and even when I ask for an extra container, they can’t seem to find it. Also, when I ask for, and pay for my extra sauce, please, put it in the bag. I keep trying to give you guys a chance, but this was the last time today. Best of luck.

I'm trying to be patient as I know places are just reopening, but this was a terrible experience. First, while checking out I ordered a salad which is not a meal and asked for a small drink. The cashier did not include it in the order. So he charged us three times and refunded twice trying to figure out how to add the drink. My salad was a blue buffalo with no buffalo sauce. The fried pickles we ordered were half just breading and no pickles, and the coleslaw my son got smelled absolutely rotten!! I took it to the counter to let them know we were afraid to eat it! I've ate at Zaxby's all over the southeast and this was a bad experience over all! Thank goodness this is not my regular Zaxby's. I will not be returning!

I had a reward for a free sandwich and I didn’t read it carefully and when I got to the window I realized it needed to be used when you order ahead. Even though it was my mistake, the manager was very kind and gave me a credit for the coupon anyway. I really appreciated that because it had been a tough day and I didn’t mean to be a problem in the drive-through!🤣 So thank you!

Just ordered the new signature chicken club and got home and all I got was a piece of chicken with a little sauce and 2 pickles nothing else. Extremely disappointed but my order gets messed up so often at this location it's not too surprising.But to be missing the the bacon and cheese is a little ridiculous. Not to mention the chicken was old. Should have been a clear sign when I was the only one in the drive thru and as soon as I pulled up all three of my orders were ready to go.

Waited in the drive thru for close to 15 min. Made it to the order menu at 10:00 was told sorry we have no more food to sale we are closed. Would have been courteous to have someone simply walk out and tell us, there where several cars you might want to try some where else are not going to serve you

Well, the chicken is getting smaller and well done. This time the slaw has nothing in it...no cream what so ever. Wow, a lot of changes the last few times I've been here. 😔
